U15 Championship final - Fenagh St Caillins u15's took on St Mary's Kiltoghert in the Div 1 final on Sunday last. Despite being behind from the 1st minute until injury time at the end of the game these lads never dropped their heads and fought back time and again and finally drew level with time almost up. However St Mary's got one last opportunity and scored a point with the last kick of the game. Final score Fenagh St Caillins 4.12, St Mary's 5.10. Congrats to St Mary's. Well done to the Fenagh team who can be very proud of their efforts.

 

Leitrim Senior Football Championship - the Fenagh St Caillins men play Leitrim Gaels in the quarter final on Sunday next 19th September at 1pm in Avantcard Páirc Sean MacDiarmada. This game is all ticket and tickets must be purchased in advance.

Leitrim Junior B C'ship - our junior team were in action on Sunday last but lost out to Leitrim Gaels by 3.05 to 1.13.

 

Well done to the Fenagh Ladies who began their championship campaign on Sunday last with a win in Dromahair. 

 

Solheim Cup - congratulations to Leona Maguire on her fantastic achievement with the European Ladies team in capturing the Solheim Cup. Her career has been closely followed by many in Fenagh as her dad Declan is well known here having managed our senior footballers to County finals in the 90's and 00's and more recently having led them to Leitrim Intermediate success in 2018.
