Sincere sympathy to the Keenan family Tooman on the death of their mother Betty (Elizabeth), having reached the marvellous milestone of ninty-five years. To John, Thomas, Teresa, Mary, Gerard and their extended families we tender our heartfelt sympathy. Betty was one of most pleasant and friendly faces you could meet, always extended a warm welcome with a cup of tea and some tasty home baking to anyone who called to her home in Tooman through the years. Betty will be fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. The Keenan family are very active and avid GAA delegates and supporters at both county and club level, as a mark of respect a minutes silence was observed at the Gortletteragh v Leitrim Gaels Senior Championship game last Saturday evening.
