Drive-in Bingo in the Park

Bingo continues in the Park on Monday evening. With the evenings closing in, we have moved the time forward to 7:30. Gates opened at 6:30. Great prizes and a Jackpot of €500.

Senior Championship

The senior team play the last game in the group stages when they travel to Aughawillan on Saturday next for a 7pm start. Although the lads are through to the knock out stages it’s important we keep the winning sequence.

Junior A Championship

The second string travel to Manor on Sunday afternoon for another important Junior A championship game with the throw in at 1pm

Young Jockey

One of our footballers a young man juggling Show Jumping with his football career, Tadhg Mulligan, won the Grand Prix in Cavan on Sunday last, beating some recognised international riders in the process. Well done Tadhg  

Senior Ladies

St Francis were the winners over our ladies on Sunday morning last. The girls played exceptionally well but were without some injured and working, key players which would have made a big difference. It was only in the last quarter the home side pulled away. They play the next round the week after next and hopefully they will have a full squad for that game.

Under 13s

The Under 13s played MacDiarmada Gaels in the Park last week. The visitors won but our young boys can be very proud of their performances as it was the Gaels first team and Mohill’s second string. The Div1 team play Rinn Gaels in Gortletteragh on Wednesday at 7pm

Inside Outside Quiz

The MPSL in conjunction with Mohill GAA is holding a Pub Quiz on Friday next at 8pm In Spirit Bar as a fundraiser for the new buildings. Weather permitting it will be held outdoors, if the weather is inclement, it will be held in the big function room and it should be a very enjoyable evening’s entertainment with spot prizes to add to the excitement. 

Big Draw

Just a reminder to subscribe to the Big Draw to help build the new Gym and Dressing rooms in our local GAA Park. First Prize a new Opel Car, then a pure bred heifer, wood flooring valued at €500 and also a Lough Rynn voucher for €500. Tickets available from club members for €20 or 3 for €50.
