Mohill

Recent death

We extend deepest sympathy to the McGuinness family Drumboy on the death of Tess Garvey in Dorset last week. Tess was sister to Stephen McGuinness and Milly McNally former teacher in Mohill BNS. Her extended family are all players and coaches with Mohill GAA at present and her uncle John McGuinness captained the first ever Mohill team in the first GAA game in Leitrim on Jan 27 1889. Ar dheis Dé go raibh sí.

Well done Niall

Well done to Niall Flynn who raised a huge amount of money for the Irish cancer society over a forty eight hour period at the weekend. Niall ran four miles every four hours for this this great cause. He thanked everyone who supported and ran laps with him also those who donated so generously. You can still donate at. #irishcancersoceity#4x4x48#.
