Intermediates: 

On Sunday next our Intermediates meet St Patrick’s Dromahair in the semi-final of the Smith Monumentals Championship in Avantcard Páirc Seán MacDiarmada. Unfortunately due to current Covid-19 restrictions this game will be played behind closed doors. However Leitrim GAA will be live streaming the game – full details will be posted later in the week. We wish players and management the best of luck.  

 

U13’s: 

Rinn Gaels Under 13's had their final outing in the Championship at home to neighbours Mohill last Friday evening. This was a great game of football with two evenly matched teams, with nothing between either teams throughout the match. Yet again our boys played some lovely football and without doubt played their best so far this year. Our boys unfortunately lost by the narrowest of margins on a scoreline of 2-09 to 1-13. Well done to our young boys who improved so much during the year, keep up the good work. The club say thank you team mentors, Paddy, Philip, Kevin and Fergal for their encouragement and time given to these young lads, it’s very much appreciated. 

 

Junior A: 

Our Junior’s concluded their championship last Saturday evening when they met Glencar-Manorhamilton in the last group game of the Vistamed Junior A Championship. Final score in this game was 1-18 to 2-07. Whilst the scoreboard didn’t favour us in this championship we saw some fine displays of football in all games. We thank the players and their management, Sean and Tom, for their commitment to the team.
