Mohill GAA Gathering

Under 14
The U 14s started their campaign on a high note with a win over St Mary's on Friday last. All players played their hearts out and entertained the faithful supporters. The team and scorers was, Kevin Bohan, RyanShanley, Niall Lennon, Sean Harkin 0-1, Liam Rowley, Jordan McGuinness, Eavan HarkinJohnny Boyle, James McNabola 1-0, Dylan Gaffey 0-1, Jamie McCaffrey 2-2, Tony McDonagh 0-1, Jonathan Reynolds, Jordan Reynolds 1-0. All the subs Tadhg Mulligan, Cormac White 0-1. Conor Mulligan, Tadhg Doherty, Colm McGovern played well and Martin Tiernan scored a beautiful point at the end.

Our third team had a 4 point lead over St. Osnett's on Sunday. The team was, J Farry, L Cassells, B Beirne, J Barry, R Bohan, K Reilly, SKilrane, C MCGuinness, D Higgins, O Madden, C Beirne, C Baxter, D Wynne, M Beirne, M McDemott, Subs used were, J Mitchell, C Conway, K Keegan, J Kelly and J Gaffey. The score was 1-9 to 0-8

This week Memory Lane takes us back to 1975 and an under 12 match between Mohill which ended in a draw. The Mohill lineout was asfollows, . Sean Reynolds, Maurice McManus, Paul McGuinness, Vincent Moran, Leo Bohan, Pascal McKeon, Thomas McDonagh, Peter Carroll, John McManus, Kieran O'Beirne, Lloyd Donnelly, Niall Cadden, Brendan Foy. Best players on the day were, Sean Reynolds. Pascal McKeon, Peter Carroll, Thomas McDonagh, Leo Bohan and Kieran O'Beirne.
