Laois hurling manager Brendan Fennelly is leaving his options open after he named a 28-man open squad for the 2011 campaign.
Fennelly has named three players that were not part of the squad in 2010 as The Harps duo Brian Galvin and Sean Bourke along with Castletown forward John Gaughan have been invited in.
Emigration is major concern for Fennelly as a number of players have been contemplating moving abroad in search of work after Christmas and it remains to be seen who the Kilkenny native will have at his disposal.
The Laois SH squad for 2011 is as follows: Eoin Reilly (Abbeyleix),
James Walsh (Ballinakill), Neil Foyle, Matthew Whelan (Borris in Ossory), Andrew Collier, Colin Delaney (Camross), Paddy Mullaney,
John Gaughan (Castletown), John A Delaney, Willie Hyland, Darren Maher, Mick McEvoy(Clough-Ballacolla), Chris Murray (Colt), Brian Stapleton (Kilcotton), Michael Bermingham (Mountmellick), Tommy Fitzgerald, Brian Smith (Portlaoise), Brian Campion, Shane Dollard, Joe Fitzpatrick, Owen Houlihan, John Purcell (Rathdowney-Errill), John Brophy, Sean Bourke, Brian Dunne, Conor Dunne, Brian Galvin, John Prior (The Harps).
