Kilkenny's John Dalton
Kilkenny stars John Dalton and Eoin Larkin won't be appealing their proposed eight and four-week bans.
A statement on the Kilkenny GAA website confirmed that the pair have decided to accept the penalties handed down by the CCCC. Wing forward Larkin received a four-week ban following his first half sending off in last Sunday's NHL final defeat to Dublin after pulling across Conor McCormack.
Corner back Dalton was hit with a hefty eight-week suspension after the CCCC reviewed TV footage of an incident involving McCormack on the call of half-time.
Larkin will be available for Kilkenny's first championship match, the Leinster semi-final on June 11 against Wexford/Laois/Antrim, while Dalton would be eligible for the Leinster final, should Kilkenny qualify, on July 3.
