The younger Fenagh lads will have endured the build-up, the match day tensions, the parade - all the hoo-ha and weathered the storm in a good fashion the last day.

They've been in and played well in a county final so I'm confident they'll go into the replay conscious of the fact that they're the match of their opponents and will play to their full potential.

BSOH are a fine team, bristling with talent and experience and won't be easily overcome but I'm hoping the County Board make the right decision and not plough ahead with it in a monsoon……

Not possible, there will be 10,000 at the senior replay, I was talking to lots of people from bordering counties that are coming to Carrick to see it because they simply don't get to enjoy the quality we have in their own counties. No doubt everyone will have an eye on the Galway final also this weekend but there really is nothing there for us to worry about as the quality in Salthill will be poor fare.

10k? Fair play, lad! One of the biggest crowds in recent years at a Leitrim Senior Final was back in 2018, when Mohill played Aughawillan in front of close to 4,000 people. If there are 3,000 at Páirc Seán tomorrow, I'd say they'll be doing well! -

It appears that Andy McEntee has actually gotten the Longford gig.
Whether he can build on the progress under Solan is the burning question….

Not a bad showing from st Mary's, have we won any games at this level in connacht? Our record at adult level bar kiltubrid in 2005 (that was a solid team) is abysmal but hopefully a few kinder draws combined with smaller more competitive championships will improve our fortunes in the coming years

The smaller championships has improved the standard in all grades particularly Intemediate and Junior A. These are where a Connacht could be won soon. Thought Allen Gaels should've done better last year in Connacht Intermediate seeing as they wiped the floor with everyone in Leitrim. The Junior A final looks strong enough this year, both are Intermediate level teams really.

I backed Fenagh in the first game but I feel they had their chance and got caught by a last minute goal reminiscent of a previous final many years ago.

Comfortable win for soh today imo.

I said it earlier in the year that I thought B'more were the team to beat and I'm sticking by that. I didn't expect Fenagh to get this far... but I think their chance is gone. Would love to see them win but you have to take your chances when they come as they may never come about again."
I should have put a few pound on SOH.

Ballinamore make no mistake in the replay , congratulations to them deserving champions. As sorry as I feel for Fenagh, they had their chance the first day and let it slip. It will be a long winter of regret for them and there as far away from that elusive championship as ever. Ballinamore are in fairness the best equipped team to represent us in Connacht and hopefully they represent us well. Finally congratulations to Aughnasheelin on a great win in the Junior Final be a great few days around Ballinamore id say.

Ballinamore full value for their win, best of luck to them. Never really had to get out of third gear. Paul Moran and Tom Prior very sharp. Disappointing to see Fenaghs fans stream out of the stand with 5 minutes left, their players deserve better. Only your third county final in 30 years But sure good to beat the traffic :/

You're right, Ballinamore are probably the best team for Connacht but for a Leitrim team to do well at this level they'd have to have a load of county players.

Fenagh left their chance behind them the last day as we all know, there was a pick off the ground in the lead up to the Bmore goal but thems the breaks. However, they were fortunate against Leitrim Gaels so maybe things even out. I thought there wasn't an awful lot between the top five senior teams.

Strange Junior A final. Lot of off the ball stuff which wasn't picked up. Aughnasheelin managed to stay in it when Kiltubrid should've been out of sight at half time.

Re the Junior A final, two very evenly matched teams - aughnasheelin got a 13 metre free for a breach injury time I think when I counted 3 defensive breach's that should have gone Kiltubrid away over the game. Kiltubrid keeper also gifted aughnaheelin a goal.

Typical local derby overall- no fancy football and nobody stood out. Kiltubrid have lots of youth and probably will be favourites for Junior title next year.

On a whole great to see all our championships get more competitive. To win junior now or intermediate needs a serious effort from all our first teams - can see all our clubs putting in a serious shift to get up to the required standard.

I don't expect any of our clubs to win a Connacht club game (maybe Annaduff might have enough for curry) but over the next few years i expect we will become much more competitive in Connacht which will only benefit the inter county team.

The clubs and the county board deserve great credit for reforming the leagues and championships at club level

Fenagh was poor today and balinamore was just the better team. fenagh kickouts were very bad in the first half i taught. Balinamore will be hoping tonight with aughnasheelin and balinamore winning.

Kiltubrid will be kicking them selfs after being 5 points up and having the wind in the second half. All teams playing with the wind apart from balinamore played worse then the teams playing against it
