They also had up on 6 lads on the County Senior Panel at various stages over a 2 year period, and none of them got anywhere near the levels required.

Can anyone enlighten us to what Malin player was illegal? From looking at their team I saw all the usual names. Milford will be disappointed naturally to go down a level but they will probably be there or there abouts to go straight back up. An example of a small club that had a golden generation of players with a good manager in Danny O'Donnell at the time when up at Senior level. Anyone hear of any additions to Donegal set up in management team or players?

The Malin player who was sent off in last year's Intermediate final , would have received a one-game suspension to be served in the first game this year. He played in the first game this year. Player received another suspension for that , missed the rest of the championship this year, but the club received no sanction.

2 cracking semi finals in store this weekend in the SFC.

Starting on Saturday night in the old rivalry of St Eunans vs Gaoth Dobhair. Eunans were brilliant in the first half against Dungloe and with a 14 point lead the game was over. I wouldn't read much into the second half performance with it easy to looking at the semi final after 30 minutes. McCools must hate seeing Gaoth Dobhair coming in the championship they've put out of the last 5 championships if I'm not mistaken. On Saturday night I fancy Gaoth Dobhair to do it. They may have been relegated from Division 1 earlier on in the year, but they are a different team come championship. Verdict: Gaoth Dobhair

Sunday evening brings on what should be another classic. Glenswilly vs Naomh Conaill have meant plenty of times throughout the years and should be another tasty affair. The big question is how Glenties deal with Michael Murphy.I still find it hard to see how Glenswilly deal with Naomh Conaill front line. I fancy Glenties by 3 or 4. Verdict: Naomh Conaill

St Eunans have the stronger squad by far than Gweedore so I have them favourites. I don't think even King Murphy will be enough to overcome NC as they have the best and strongest squad of the four remaining teams.

Gweedore are down 2 starters going by teamsheet last weekend to last years final, Mcbride at corner back and Roarty at midfield. Seems to be a few old heads aren't they either. A lot of young lads on the bench so I agree that Eunans have a stronger bench/panel to choose from.

very poor from milford. it could be a good reset overall, alot of lads on county underage squads recently that on that team might show that academy might not be way to go in selection of players look more at club championship. With Donegal i picked this out as players that should be looked at pre / for mckenna cup i dont feel going with just u20 team is working in the panel they are not good enough just yet let them earn stripes.
heard the minor conditioning coaches are joining the ticket no new fball coaches

You musn't be about long as I can count 14/15 lads from that 23 who have already been up with senior squads and didn't push on.
