A good draw for Naomh Conail looking to retain the championship. Will be a tough championship with a lot of good teams out there. Eunans, Four masters, termon, glenswilly are all capable of beating anyone. My own team Naomh Conail need to get players back. I was counting how many we were missing yesterday and you have to give credit to the team and management for stealing a draw yesterday last minute. Roarty, malone, Campbell, Gallagher, 2 Dohertys, Ethan, mckelvey, k Thompson only came on as a sub in second half, will take a few rounds to get fitness. I believe a few of them players are back next week so hopefully we will have enough to get into the later rounds. Its hard to beat club football, and it was a long few weeks waiting.

Some interesting results in the SFC this weekend. Downings unlucky not to get the victory v N Conaill.
Shaun Ward scored for Glenfin after being in America with Donegal Boston intermediates who are still in competition. I think that makes him ineligible by the terms of his sanction unless I'm incorrect? N Columba with fair grounds to appeal.

He's okay because he's over his 60 days - got his approval in early June. Good help for Glenfin having him back.
