it is true the match was a disgrace for both sides, but surely this will help the men from skehana. They battled throughout and didnt let m/e bring them down to their level. even when things got sticky at the end skehana showed real character in the form of key players like sean mannion, john mchugh, simon roche and joey glynn who scored the winning point. which was over much to the dismay of the m/e fans. but all in all this is a major boost to the skehana side who r due to face loughrea this weekend. And this hard faught battle could giv them that all important edge to go that final step and reach their goal this year INTERMIDIATE status !!!!!

I dont all of a sudden get wat da big hype is about skehana.. Fair enough it is the first time in 2 r 3 years ye have gotten to the semi-final stage but i tink dat ye will have up yer game to another level if ye r to win from what i av seen.. I have seen Mullagh play and they are the team to beat and from what i hear sylane are fancying there chances also.. Ye are lucky to av gotten loughrea n da semi as they are a team dat will suit yer style of hurlin.. Mullagh r sylane who are in fairness probobaly a tougher task for ye as they are a much younger and very quick teams..

mountbellew junior a.
if their so gud where are they now.
their not in the last three.
skehana are the real story at the moment because they are so resielient. wat other team could come back from a certain defeat twice in their last two fixtures. it is said that they are not deserveing enough to be in it because of that but in my eyes thats what the gaa is about. the survival of small clubs like skehana. not only are they surviveing but they are causeing upsets along the way.
best of look to the lads in their against loughrea, yet to be fixed.

Slehana are in the connacht final not mullagh because mullagh are senior and skehana wer the highest placed junior club,
