Is Ormond not in Tipperary?
Anyway will you address the articles and the opinions of the former lions outhalf regarding drugs in rugby?

Ormo you said it's not common but a former lion (who I imagine knows a lot more about the game than you do), who has a son playing internationally at under 20 level has said that drug abuse is rife in the sport yet you say it's not. Who is more likely to know?
I don't reserve this for rugby alone by the way. I genuinely think it's rife in all professional sports.

disrespects where im from. It disrespectful of my club name. Its basic etiquette that you call someone as they want and if they feel bullied by being called something else.
Im named here after my local area, my local club. it disrespects both. ormondbannerman
In your opinion... In everyone elses it doesn't do any of that.
Have you ever considered that maybe you might be wrong?
It was your decision to put your club or whatever else you listed into your username. A username will always get the same treatment as any other username, there are no special cases, and expecting (nigh on demanding) such is nonsense and going to get you nowhere. If you feel it is being disrespected - that is your own doing. Maybe you just picked a bad username if you cant take it being given, what is, standard username treatment. Why not get it changed like pomeroyplunkett did?
Either way you are definitely too precious about it. I recall you taking the hump with me for actually giving you your preferred title but accidentally spelling it ormand. Jesus like.

Regarding the name thing , get a tissue, your constant perpetual moaning about it is doing my head in . Damothedub (Dublin) - Posts:3248 - 21/04/2016 10:58:24There is a very simple solution that will stop me addressing the issues about being called the correct name and that's people having the balls to stop trolling and calling me ormondbannerman or Ormond for short. Its very simple

I accept names can be shortened but call me Ormond and this ends. You are disrespecting where im from as well as myself by dropping the 'nd' from 'ormond'. I cant provide a link as this forum doesn't have a good enough search function for me to find the thread
ormondbannerman (Clare) - Posts:11105 - 21/04/2016 10:31:39
Oromoy
So you've no proof is what you're actually saying? Do you think it's disrespectful to call someone a hypocrite without offering a single bit of proof as to the reason?
You got your claim about me wrong, that's grand. It happens. Don't be blaming the forum for your mistake. That's something a toddler does!
If you shortened my username to Mes (which I've no problem with) would that be disrespectful to me, the French language and the people of France?
Are typos disrepstful? How bout txt spk?

Surely you are disrespecting your area if you say it is in a different county? If someone said my village was in Cavan I wouldn't be best pleased. Regarding your name Ormo I have told you that I will only address you by your proper title when you refer to me as Gotmilk, high king of Hoganstand That goes for the rest of you, even you Mes ;)
You haven't addressed the issue though Ormo. You have just said that it's not rife. I have given sources showing that it is a scourge on the game. I have shown people involved in the game a lot heavier than yourself suggesting that the problem is serious and quite large yet it's not a problem because you say so.
It's the same with soccer, the only premier league footballers to be done were all done for recreational drugs and even those numbers aren't in double digits. I really feel as if everything in sport is brushed under the carpet.

MesAmis (Dublin) - Posts:9526 - 21/04/2016 11:57:48 Text speak is disrespectful and rude in the context. Typos are mistakes. Calling me ormo isn't a typo as ive stated enough times that its offensive to me. You seem to be getting very aggressive with me choosing to call you up on this. Are things ok at home/work? What im stating is not that all shortened names are offensive but what they are shortened to can be offensive. Shorten ormondbannerman all you like but shorten it to 'ormond' not anything else.

Ormo you said it's disrespectful because it's disrespecting your home town. Yet you say your home town is in a different county. Clare and Tipp aren't near each other when picking out a county in a list!!!!
Ormo, life isn't fair and you don't always get what you want!!!! Man up and stick to the topic.

This is some craic, pathetic stuff Ormond, end of story. Nobody agrees with you, It isn't bullying and shortening a nickname on an anonymous forum isn't any form of bullying. I know you long for recognition on here, as a ref and as some sort of rugby blogger I would guess but try and grow up a little and come back to the real world.
