We know you don't give a fiddlers Clondalkin . Still doesn't get away from the fact that you don't know what you are talking about .

To the reasoned posters on here I have to say fair play because there is so much bullsh*t and begrudery on here day in and day out from people who I doubt have the intelligence to even consider anyone else's point of view and do nothing but reduce any topic to a common denominator of let's try and slag off anyone who might consider any team other than theirs as worthy of a complement.Jesus it's mindnumbing at this stage.

I have to agree, it's painful listening to the ignorant crap, that some people pass off as their opinion ,as if that justifies it.
Some are actually just becoming pantomime clowns at the moment.
Better off ignored and then we won't have everyone tarring counties or provinces with the same brush because of one or two fools and then maybe proper honest discussion can be had , which is what most of us come on here for.

It's my opinion that Donegal would not have won Sam without completely changing Gaelic football with a never before seen system. That's my opinion if you don't like it I don't give a fiddlers, just like UM doesn't rate this Dublin team that's his opinion.

Ahhh the good old "it's my opinion" argument....you know you're in trouble when that line is bought out

Read Clondalkan's post. He passed off his opinion......he was trying to justify it.....is he a "clown" because he certainly sounds bitter about Donegal's success.

Will you call out your fellow Dublin poster?

I think he was. I took his post to be referencing Clondalkindub, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't want to be tarred with the same brush as him. I'm equally embarrassed by Ulsterman's anti-Dublin rant.

Ulsterman is completely incorrect. I think we can all agree with that.

But very few teams in any sport would win anything without tactics.

Donegal put up big scores in 2012 throughout the championship so they clearly were good going forward as well as defensively.

Criticizing a team and trying to demean their achivements for playing to their strengths and having a game plan is complete nonsense.

Just to add when Donegal won the All-Ireland they had some of the best footballing defenders in the game, the best midfielder and easily best forward -obviously the other good players as well. You need a lot more than a system to win AI's- good footballers help!

Yeah everyone is entitled to their opinion. Even if it is obviously wrong.
Best not to get too worked up about it - life is too short!
