Wee have 16 posters out of 21 from last week who have all predicted this week. The five who have not predicted this week are JP91, Iamadragon, Oakleafersider, Sxckev and Denn man. These 21 will be in Division 1. Wee have 8 new posters this week. Welcome aboard Big John, Muckrosshead, Pdempsey, Lockjaw, Dubsfan, Pingcity, Monaghan08 and Turkeyplucker. They will be in Division 2. Top two will go up from Division 2 to Division 1 while the bottom two will be relegated to Division 2. OLLIE (Louth) - Posts: 12224 - 04/02/2016 20:22:53 1822397 Link 0 |
why can't everyone be in the one division. you just get zero points if you fail to predict. s goldrick (Cavan) - Posts: 5520 - 04/02/2016 21:13:15 1822411 Link 0 |
Goldrick there is a lot work with 21 as it is. If you want to do 29 people in one division be my guest. OLLIE (Louth) - Posts: 12224 - 04/02/2016 21:45:01 1822419 Link 0 |

Can I be added to Division 2 or possibly Division 3 as I'm only new to this prediction game and need to be given time to settle in. I don't want to be taking a hiding every week from the big boys in Division 1!! Spinx (Longford) - Posts: 1353 - 05/02/2016 10:09:56 1822457 Link 0 |

Ollie, stick to the plan.Tis a great idea.Don't mind any whingers. The League is a better format than the championship to do this.16 games each weekend with evenly matched teams going head-to-head.The championship is way to spread out.Couple matches one weekend.Hurling the next etc.And a lot of the earlier provincial rounds and qualifiers are mind numbingly predictable. This League competition will end when the final whistle goes on the Div 1 final.Your doin trojan work ollie. cuederocket (Dublin) - Posts: 5084 - 05/02/2016 10:27:06 1822466 Link 0 |

Fecking elitists - could have run it on a % basis so that if you miss a week then it doesn't mean you are out of the running e.g. after week 2 you had correctly predicted 26 of the 32 games in round 1 and 2 you have a % of 81.3% predicted correct. You miss round 3 but in round 4 you get 10 meaning you have 36 correct of the 48 games leaving you on 75%. Whereas if you predicted all 4 weeks and had 49 out of the 64 you would be on 76.6%. Could then use the amount of overall games predicted to separate in the event of a tie i.e. two end up on 83% but one predicted all weeks while the other missed 2 weeks then the one with the more predictions wins. Naysayer runs the Antrim Club leagues predictions over on the Antrim forum like this and it works a treat. Offside_Rule (Antrim) - Posts: 4058 - 05/02/2016 11:42:05 1822510 Link 0 |
Come on offside. As an Antrim man you should be used to the lower divisions. After your initial reluctance, care to submit your predictions? cuederocket (Dublin) - Posts: 5084 - 05/02/2016 11:52:21 1822514 Link 0 |
