Talk of top table and serious contenders a joke. Well done Fermanagh. Couldn't have done it to a nicer bunch.

Hardly surprising, i think the teams and quality of this years division 2 was abysmal and i including Meath in that, god help them next year.

A lot of Rossies on here are sound, but a lot are not. Roscommon tend to get carried away when they get to a couple of underage finals. They went off the rails after the minor win in 06 and after the division 2 title this year the rubbish chat started again, they are nowhere near, this might actually help them going forward. This isn't meant as a dig as my own county have not got over the line either, but I can only hope they get back to reality now, starting with a new manager.

Is anyone surprised. They are a terrible outfit. They love to talk about themselves but they are a very poor team overall.

Well done to fermanagh. Couldn't have beaten a nicer bunch.

There a young team. Need a James Horan/Jim McGuinness/Kevin McStay manager. Need to be more ruthless. Don't think Evans got best of out of this team

I hope McStay gets the jobs ; my Mayo friends tell me that their own county board ( Mayo) made a balls of their selection this year so it would be nice to see him get the job and show his talent where it will be appreciated !

So of the teams that finished 1st to 6th in Division 2 only one, Galway, is left standing in the Championship and remarkably so are the two relegated to Division 3 being Kildare and Westmeath, there's a stat I didn't see coming. I've said this is a decent Fermanagh team with a very astute and experienced manager and they have one of the best, kickers in Quigley. Fermanagh will not be easy beaten by anyone that's for sure. I fear all the talk got into the heads of some of the Roscommon players, whilst getting to Division 1 will undoubtedly do them good their championship has been a dissapointing one.

Terrible result for Roscommon considering the position they were in to win the game. I don't believe in kicking a team when they loose....have had plenty of that thrown in our direction in the past. Chin up to the decent Roscommon fans on this site.

Evans seems to be easily annoyed going by his reaction to the questions he was asked on Newstalk during the week.

Jack,
Football - Round 4A
These games are scheduled to take place Saturday, July 25th. This draw involves the winners from Round 3A (Kildare and Fermanagh) in bowl 1.
The beaten Leinster and Munster finalists (Kerry/Cork and Westmeath/Dublin) will be placed in bowl 2. So Fermanagh will play the losing Munster finalists or Westmeath.
