Double hop. Well maybe I should clarify. I was mainly referring to the likes of galway underage success that just doesn't seem to be getting through. I'm also aware which others might not be from outside Meath that we only had one u21 success in 90s now OK lots of that team geraghty Giles etc went on to prove they could do it at senior level. But it's the old cliche of underage doesn't mean senior will follow. royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 23/06/2014 09:13:43 1607420 Link 0 |

Ye it should be an interesting game, it'd be also interesting to see does either Meath or Kildare have the credentials to push their way into the chasing pack because let's face it there aren't too many overly impressive teams in Ireland other than Dublin. Wonder who the Dubs who arrive early on Sunday will be shouting for in the curtain raiser.?? Fionn (Dublin) - Posts: 4410 - 23/06/2014 14:09:20 1607686 Link 0 |

I think a lot of Dubs miss the huge rivalry with Meath so i think a lot them will want Meath to win chriscart580 (Meath) - Posts: 376 - 23/06/2014 14:23:41 1607703 Link 0 |

I actually think that micko has yet to arrive on the big stage. It has been stop and start for his tenure so far. This is his chance to say he has arrived. If we don't win in tight game and go onto have good campaign then all will remain happy, however a big defeat followed by early exit then he will face questions and rightly so. foreverroyal (Meath) - Posts: 349 - 23/06/2014 16:09:41 1607823 Link 0 |
