Monaghan vs Tyrone

How much was the Garvaghey complex in Tyrone, 6/7 million? Do Tyrone fans think they are currently getting a return on this? There definately doesn't appear to be the same calibre of player coming out of Tyrone now that in previous eras and this squad looks very, very ordinary indeed it is pretty poor at times. Are the young players that go through this complex too comfortable with top class facilities and are they being brought in, overcoached and sent back out again as athletic robots playing a certain system. The point I am getting at is natural talent being stifled in perfect training conditions, playing systems and drawing boards in Garvaghey?. Did Frank McGuigan, Brian Dooher, Peter Canavan, Sean Cavanagh, Stephen O'Neill etc not develop their skills on the rough and ready playing fields and conditions of years gone by?

Ah lads my comments on the Donegal squad were in jest. I felt there was more time to be played as did others, that's all. The better team on the day won the game and that's ok. Good luck to Monaghan and Donegal:) I hope yez half kill each other in the Ulster final if yez get that far lol. For what it's worth I'm well aware that this Tyrone outfit might not be as good as the 3 that brought Sam to Tyrone but I do believe they can do much better than they did last day out and if right team
Is picked can beat anybody on the day. C'mon Tir Eoghain!!

You might have a point Ulsterman but I think we will challenge again very soon and our season is not over just yet.
