County Finals

Good to see Cross knocked off their perch, great side no doubt but always good to see new teams come through. Kilcoo put up an impressive performance last year in the Ulster Final after a poor start. Although Ballinderry will be no pushover in the Semi's

Courageous performance by Connollyless and Brennanless St. Vincents today, 14 men for 53 mins and a lot of games under the belt in a short space of time, good stuff by the Dublin champs!

seems some players never learn.
after what connolly did on wednesday night im sure tommy conroy would have preached in the dressing room before the match that the last thing you want is to play with a man less when your playing your third match in a week and what does your captain go and do after only six minutes, gets a straight red card, brainless stuff

Boden are Dublin hurling Champions once again after an unconvincing performance against Lucan. They were there for the taking imo and will need a major improvement in Leinster.

Think Vincent's will be there for the taking in the semi against summerhill.
Missing their 2 best players will be some ask.
If Mossy Quinn is kept quiet they will be in trouble.
Will be interesting to see how Fennell performs.

Think fuinn has a point. seen the hill today for first time this year and just think they may get past Vincents who by accounts from home made hard work of a team that have been collaborating for few weeks now. Interesting game where is it been played?

where do you get that from my comment i never said anything about not like vincents?
i said two players who are inter county players one the captain of the team and the other the vice captain of dublin let them down in succesive matches if anything that shows i feel for their team not dislike them.

OK hill, my mistake, I always support the Dublin champs myself, shouted big for Ballymun last year, they were very unlucky, I wouldn't worry too much for the likes of Connolly and Brennan, par for the course for those lads, the fact they won today was the surprising thing.

Hey RD, there's only one hill and that's hill 16, couldn't imagine a good ol Meath club taking that as their nickname, don't think the Mitchell brothers, I mean Lyons, would be too keen :D

i always support our champions too but just because players play for dublin doesnt exempt them from criticism in fact they should actually be leading the team with their experiance not letting them down by getting needless straight red cards.

See the Clare SFC final is on Saturday, Cratloe v Doonbeg. The last final of 2013. The winners will play 24 hours later for a place in the provincial decider. Ridiculous stuff.

they have no one to blame for that only themselfs. When you start calling off games time and time again what do they think will happen, every other county final in the country have been played, in fact some provinces are at the final stage of their championships

Great game today in Parnell Park, Summerhill will never have a better chance of beating Vincent's with the two Dublin players missing, if Vincent's win I can't see them being beaten in the final to be honest and then I can see a Vincent v Dr Crokes final on Paddies Day.
