Haha wow someone is touchy aren't they don't get your knickers in s twist I'm not questioning you as a fubs fan so you can chill.
I was simply stating and asking where you there to see what connolly did if not how can you defend him or form an opinion the same way as I cannot form an opinion on duff or McCarthy but for your info I do know what they look like and I seriously doubt you could put a figure in my support I have been going before I could walk or talk to games with my father

Look lads, truth is, worse than Diarmuid have come and gone and will continue to come and go! Some teams even had a guy on the pitch for that sole purpose, to ruffle a few feathers, but Connolly is top quality, we'd be 18 years and counting only for him!

This incident is proving quite divisive on here, imagine what the Dublin dressing room will be like

Jesus can people stop saying Connolly was hiding I was right in front of were the incident happened and not once did Connolly hide away from Philly I repeat not once, people who think Dermot Connolly would hide from anyone obviously don't know anything about him.

Without dragging this post out any longer, but 1 Mun lad striding towards Connolly who was surrounded by All the Vinnies bench shows that Philly was really up for it.... He would have taken some stopping I can tell you.

Anyway, I am sure they will sort it out themselves at the next Dublin training session... :o)

Dermo would only have to turn around to knock anyone out with that jaw!!

I am sure they will sort it out, no hassles. And I agree with CKD, I have no doubt Dermo would handle himself, but I would have my fiver on Philly 100%

In case anyone thinks i was being anti-philly, i wasnt! Mans a hero. 100% Just as much as Connolly

team mates dont have to be mates lads, half the Kerry team of the 00's didnt talk to each other and they werent too bad!!

Dublin dressing room wont be effected in anyway. I am sure there are plenty of lads in that dressing room that don't get along. I know that in my last 20 odd years of playing sport I never liked everybody on my team. Its only natural, you are teammates so you do what has to be done for the good of the team and that's it.

Also, I very much doubt Connolly would come off worse with McMahon.

I honestly believe if it was the other way round down at the Ballymun bench the exact same thing would of happened, Dermot Connolly has no fear of anyone.

To be fair there was a hell of a lot of restraint show by both clubs.
It could have got really very nasty out there.
Would have been some mill....

Liamo

Don't make me laugh pal you go off on a Mad one and tell me to calm down when all I did was state facts that you weren't at the match and you don't go to club matches so how can you form an opinion on things you have not seen the same way as I don't form an opinion on players from the 70tys which I never seen play.
