Well done Antrim - this was a great achievement , but there were probably more lads on the Antrim team with all- Ireland medals , school and colleges than on the Wexford team!!! - this give Antrim and ulster a great shot in the arm!!!

Well played Antrim. The lads played with fire and passion and wanted it so badly. Best of luck in the final.

Am still shaking, what a performance from the lads. Wexford are a proud county and knew they would come back, think watched last 5 minutes hiding behind the sofa.
This win will do serious good to Antrim hurling. Preparations going in were far from ideal. Two players who would have started are playing club championship games as we speak so to be honest, I was hoping for a decent performance at best. Honestly didn't think we were going to win but been proved wrong and am delighted to be.
Kevin Ryan has been brilliant this year. Seniors made some progress from the disaster of last year and now this win today shows that things are moving forward. It's a massive, badly badly needed shot in the arm and will hopefully galvanize us as a county. Well done to all involved - first ever U21 hurling final, amazing.
