Kerry are the purists of the game

The headings were filth, ref intimidation and diving, buddy. Sean Óg hasn't played for the footballers since 2000 and Gardiner(note spelling) has never played for them so I don't know of what relevance Cork hurlers are to a football thread, unless you want to expand the thread into the cynicism of the Kerry hurlers as well.

Where did i say that? Again making things up to suit you. Like i said and you ignored there was plenty of criticism of Mayp last year and like i asked where was most of it from? Strange how you ''dont remember'' Kennelly being criticised, but of course you cant see past your ''everyone is out to get the poor Ulster lads'' bias. If you look the ones who spread this anti Ulster idea are from Ulster, people like Ulsterman being the prime example. If also funny how you over look the fast the main man to criticise Sean Cavanagh was Joe Brolly remind us where hes from again? And the one defending him was the man you and the other Ulster poster claim is the most anti Ulster of them all

Moomoo I am done on this stuff now.Kennelly was rightly criticized for that attack on Murphy......I never said he wasn't.I was simply pointing out how Kerry folk didn't think any less of him because of it.If Mayo are being criticized fairly for cynicism then thats ok by me.Don't make it personal on individual players as they are playing within certain parameters.Call out foul play every where, not just when its a few specific teams.I said it didn't become a national issue like Cavanaghs has become.I am not against fair criticism and while you might disagree I feel that Cavanagh and Tyrone were being unfairly targeted as the proponents of all the cynicism in football.Regards Brolly it is well known he has a seething dislike of Tyrone in a general way.Besides,it seems that Joe Brolly has personally apologized to Sean and thats it now.

Absolutely. Give Kerry 3 bonus points at the start of every game but not the next one cause that's against Dublin. Dock cynical tyrone one player at the start of every match.

Again who was doing most of the criticizing? Where is he from? Your trying to play the anti Ulster card as always but over look the fact the man doing most of it is Joe Borlly. You say Mayo were being fairly criticized last year, once again the main man for it was Joe Borlly but he said nothing about Donegal doing the same thing, is that fair?

They back the footballer when they went on strike so it does have something to do with it, or did you forget that? Wile we're talking about Cork football what about a certain Mr Morgan? Every time Cork lost we has winging and making excuses

Gaelantrim said Declan O Sullivan was laughing at the Tyrone player sent off last year,,,, he should probably have only been given a yellow card in the spirit of the game but technically it was a straight red and u could have no arguments with the decision. What happened that day was McGuigan intentionally caught O Sullivans hand with the intention of having him carded (cynical as usual) and the ref blew him for it, Declan was trying to enlighten the ref showing him what had happened when McGinley elbowed him from behind. He was then red carded and when he was off the field the ref yellow carded Declan at which point he started laughing, again trying to explain what had just unfolded and was not looking towards McGinley as the player later lied claimed. I invite any GAA supporter to look at the incident and deny the events... At least play fair BOYS ,,, Kerry are merely changing their tactics to deal with the ramifications of a wear regulatory body within the Association.. Kerry v Dublin will have all the qualities of the game that people expect from inter county players. I don't think Kerry will make the final as Dublin are a very high octane side with amazing skills and frightening speed but ,, one never knows...

JMK, it was the likes of Jack O'Connor and Kieran Donaghy I was referring to whinging about the 2011 All Ireland and how they were hard done by, not random stangers on here. You said you didn't want to list names of Cork players, and then went on to do exactly just that. If I wanted to name Kerry names it would have to be indexed as so many of them would come under different headigs of cynicism s e.g Galvin, O'Mahony, Cooper, Declan O'Sullivan etc. for diving and trying to get players sent off; Declan O'Sullivan, Donaghy, Galvin etc. for ref intimidation; Galvin, Dara O' Sé, Tomás O Sé, Kenneallyetc. for filth rarely seen elsewhere etc, etc. No matter what cycnicism is sliced and diced, Kerry are the biggest offenders of any.

Ahh right ya, but sure Jack wouldn't say he was wrong and don't get me started with Star - don't know the guy personally but you won't find many who like him in Tralee not a mind the rest of the county (for his whinging and big head). Ya I said I didn't want to be brought into naming names, but your incessant arguing about Kerry players drove me there. And I know perfectly well what the Kerry players will do, Christ I've played against some of them enough times to know. But to say they are the worst is very extreme in my opinion. Plenty other players in every county dive, intimidate refs and commit filthy acts on the field. It's the reality of the game. I don't know if you play / played football but I was an average player and I used to get killed out on the field, they saw a quick 16 year old coming and boom, I don't know how often I had to come off the field because of it. Now imagine the best player on the team, how bad he gets it every game? That's what these amateur players come against week in week out. Everytime we played Declan O'Sullivan there were 3 players hanging off him, of course he's going to get frustrated and whinge to the ref. And the same thing happens in Cork and every other county.

The argument is getting old to be fair - I'm never going to agree that Kerry are the worst in the game for cynicism (unless they get worse) and you're not going to back down on your views. But I'm sure we'll meet again Keyser!

That's the difference between the Dubs and Tyrone, win loose or draw, the Dubs and Kerry will enjoy point after the game, Tyrone have the most bitter fans I have ever met, Down Armagh, Donegal and Dublin have beaten us and have always have class about it.
Believe or not Kerry fans are very critical of their own team.

let he who is without sin cast the first stone !!!
I went to the Kerry Monaghan quarter final a few years ago. Monaghan put up a great defence and Kerry were struggling to break through. They played the ball into the corners and when the Monaghan backs were tight to them the Kerry Forwards, Gooch included tugged the backs by the arms and manufactured frees to stay in touch.
So dont come on here pontificating about being purists and thinking you have a team of angels. Yee are just like the rest of us. You will use any method or trick to gain advantage

How many red cards has Tomas O'Se got in the last 2 years. Bound to be the most "sent off" player in Ireland, and it was Darragh before that. Now I use the term "sent off" as opposed to "dirtiest", as other wise Admin would choose not to print. Couldn't have that said about everyone's poster boys.

Deroyals, who came on here from kerry exclaiming we were angels, every kerry poster here will admit we have our own HARDMEN just like every other county but kerry do not play to a cynical SYSTEMIC system, anyway ye always had more than yere fair share of hardmen, maybe not now because ye don't have the personnel to apply sane although ye have some players that are great at DIVING over goal lines, well i suppose if it will win ye a match, hardmen ha ha.
