Jim mcguinness preaches about physicality and how someone could get killed... and yet there goes his full back stamping on a players head.. Royalio11 (Meath) - Posts: 798 - 04/08/2013 17:29:54 1452459 Link 0 |
I've said it before Donegal defenders can't mark one on one. It's no wonder they play everyone behind the ball but there is only so long you will get out of a team playing like a machine. Donegal don't have a clue what to do when they go behind in a game. ClassApart (Meath) - Posts: 1200 - 04/08/2013 17:31:22 1452461 Link 0 |
If ever a match needed to be on RTE to see what sort of analysis Brolly would provide this is it. if_in_doubt (Kildare) - Posts: 3691 - 04/08/2013 17:31:59 1452462 Link 0 |
What a disasterious year it has been for Donegal, its been some fall from the heights of last september. arock (Dublin) - Posts: 4954 - 04/08/2013 17:32:32 1452463 Link 0 |
McGuinness will be outraged by Alan Freeman cynically targeting Eamonn McGee there with a headbutt to the bottom of his boot. doublehop (Kildare) - Posts: 4172 - 04/08/2013 17:32:36 1452464 Link 0 |
What a rout, 22 points with 13 mins to go. Horan can perform miracles: My 80 year old mother in law from Mayo, who is waiting for hip replacement, is jumping around my sitting room...... commander (Kildare) - Posts: 225 - 04/08/2013 17:35:43 1452468 Link 0 |
Brilliant display by mayo surely they have to be favourites for the ai now ! Good riddance donegal along with tyrone purveyors of all that is bad about gaelic football ! See you in another 20 years maybe the most classless ai winners ever! Good luck in the semi mayo ! Super team. DUBJOHN (Dublin) - Posts: 941 - 04/08/2013 17:39:31 1452476 Link 0 |
I notice a lot of different Kildare posters being very gleeful. 2011 was 2 years ago now lads, get over it. JoeSoap (Donegal) - Posts: 1432 - 04/08/2013 17:42:57 1452482 Link 0 |
Jimmy is losing matches. Happy days, there was nothing cynical about that match eh Brolly. HighStoolBandit (Tyrone) - Posts: 133 - 04/08/2013 17:46:58 1452487 Link 0 |
Delighted O'Shea got Man-of-the-Match. He put in a phenomenal shift even after getting booked early on. Long.Dub.Glic (Dublin) - Posts: 190 - 04/08/2013 17:48:09 1452489 Link 0 |

I was very skeptical with regard to Donegal reproducing the same level of intensity they displayed last year. They just looked completely burned out this year. Too many injuries, players not on form and a lack of strength in depth all contributed to Donegal's downfall this year. RoyalClass (Meath) - Posts: 790 - 04/08/2013 17:52:23 1452494 Link 0 |
O'Shea should have that MoM taken off him. Is getting sent off what we want to promote in GAA? I hope not!! MysteriousMan (UK) - Posts: 4 - 04/08/2013 17:54:20 1452497 Link 0 |

There's a difference between wanting a Mayo win and delight at Donegal's demise. I've noticed the glee coming from all corners but nearly every Kildare post I've seen has been delighted or having digs at Donegal or McGuinness. It's petty and childish, come back to me when you's have any silverware to speak of. JoeSoap (Donegal) - Posts: 1432 - 04/08/2013 17:58:25 1452507 Link 0 |

When the dust settles. When all is said and done. Even though some people on here have been ungracious to us. I just want to say that I am sorry to see Donegal relinquish there title in this way. They have been good champions. I think they were just too tired today. I think they gave so much that they were literally all out with no more in the tank. seanie_boy (Tyrone) - Posts: 4235 - 04/08/2013 18:04:16 1452512 Link 0 |
