Yeah true enough.

Its a gesture that would cost the GAA nothing but would make a huge difference to supporters, especially neutrals and Londan players too.

Meath, Cork, Cavan and Wexford to emerge into the quarter finals.

People on here tipping Armagh to beat Galway & Cork and then saying Derry will beat Cavan? The same Cavan side that roasted Armagh this year.

This years last 8:
Kerry
Dublin
Donegal
Mayo

Tyrone
Cork
Monaghan
Cavan

best to predict the 3rd round and worry about the fourth when it comes because its a bit presumptuous to do otherwise.

As regard round three, I'd predict the following:

Galway * v Armagh, Hard to see anything but an Armagh win but Galway are at home and are due a performance, they have been rubbish so far!
Wexford * v Laois, Wexford should beat Laois, home advantage and the fact that they are a better side.
Kildare * v Tyrone, hardest game to call, Tyrone have had easy qualifiers so far so it's a welcome test, Kildare wont be easy in Newbridge and they have a point to prove after a hammering from Dublin, Kildares late surge against Louth shows a stronger character since the Dublin clash. I think Kildare could win this one.
Derry * v Cavan, Derry should win, but this Cavan side play lovely football, would rather they won.

Having seen both Derry and Cavan in action in the last 9 days, I would be very surprised if Cavan progress.

Some people on here giving off about another home draw for Derry. It's the luck of the draw and if we had been drawn away against Down I would have still fancied us to win and if the Cavan game was away I feel we would win. Derry fans have travelled a lot throughout the years of the qualifiers and I am happy to have home draws.

A Dub asking is the All-Ireland final being played in Celtic PK, when was the last time Dublin played a championship match away from Croke Park?

Derry v a young up in coming cavan side, glad we have a home draw still all to play for cant be complacent and forget about london both teams have a realistic chance for a quarter final place.we had to travel to longford twice, carlow, westmeath,antrim,cavan,b4 so its swings and roundabouts regarding the draw.

Still fed up with the lopsided structure ?
Instead of "Small" Prov losing finanlists (say London) starting in Qual Rd 4, and "Big" Prov losing semi-finalists (say, Kildare) starting in Qual Rd 2, the Provs and Quals would be better aligned if "All Six" of such teams enter in Qual Rd 3, as follows -
1) Prov 24 + Qual 8; 2) Prov 12 + Qual 16; 3) Prov6 (MvC p/off) + Qual 14; 4) Prov 3 (byes) + Qual 10; 5,6,7) AI QFs, SFs & Final.

That's pretty clear then - I think they should adopt that immediately.

Most of us are fed up with you posting the same format changes post after post. Do you discuss games at all?

Cork
Kildare
Laois
Derry

I'd fancy to reach the last eight only Cork if they avoid Dublin,Donegal will reach the last four.

Another dig at Mayo, this time without even naming them, you're truly amazing as a neutral. You're in a right spot of bother if Mayo bet say Donegal in semi final, crikey what would you turn to? My gawd i just had an awful vision there of you jumping off the empire state building when Mayo win sam.

If Mayo beat Donegal then it will be seven All Ireland final defeat in a row. I don't think any of us want to see that.
