Well done Dublin!!

Congratulations Dublin and a lovely brand of hurling. Don't settle for Bob! As for ourselves, Tomas Mulcahy summed it up perfectly at half time - "absolute rubbish".

Well done Dublin, gave them as my bet of the weekend at 5/2 with Paddy Power.

I just hope the Dublin footballers take note of what can be done when a team is hungry and don't take Meath lightly next week in our footballers final.

A brief note lads, as I'm hurting but just to say what a quality team and what a quality performance and a hearty congrats to all Dublin hurling folk. Ye are every bit as good as any team in this championship and now you can dream greater dreams and I really wish ye the best for the rest of the year.

Not a hurling man by any stretch of the imagination, but can Dublin really go on and win the all Ireland?

It was a humbling experience for me personally, after first Wexford game I'd have consigned Daly and most of this team to the dustbin of history. But today it was a wonderful experience. The delight and joy even when Galway fans streamed out with 5 minutes there was an air of disbelieve. The atmosphere terrific throughout and the Galway fans around us where gracious. I don't know what the summer is going to bring these lads but they are about two feet taller than the ones in that Wexford game. All the kids around me what an experience for those experiencing something I never experienced. They can take a bow

Well done Dublin - great result - it gives heart to counties like ours (Carlow) who are making massive efforts to bridge the gaps - it can be done
I am delighted Dublin have achieved this - its great for Hurling - I still have a sneaking suspicion that Clare could surprise everyone and lift Liam this year

what a victory lads. You should really have won by more and with Galway's minor comeback I really didn't think your lads had that much bottle. Didn't even phase you and ya just kept pushing on. That was a different Dublin team altogether from the one we saw last year.Keaney didn't really celebrate at all which is great. He's already talking about the next day!! Well done from Wexford

Waiting for hurlingdub to come on, he is the type of lad I'm absolutely delighted for. For a team to score 2-21 from play is an incredible achievement, Galway were the fall guys today but there is not a team in Ireland would have lived with the Dubs on that display. They could still freeze on the big stage but somehow I don't think they will. I genuinely believe they could go all the way this year.

Just a case like last years Leinster Final, Dublin played above themselves and Galway played much bellow. No complaints, well done and enjoy your little victory but we have bigger fish to fry come September and we will do it the hard way :-).

Nothing little about it pal, but we'll enjoy it all the same. Great game and well done to the Dublin Hurlers. Galway fans very gracious in defeat it has to be said. Lovely touch for Jimmy Grey to give Bob to Johnny.
