Only really works when a place is full and people are joining in. Some of the solo singers are embarrassing. One recent one on TV could not even pronounce the words! "La goona sake, few lambach pillar!" Jaysus :-(

My 7 year old was given homework this weak to learn off our national anthem. Pay play to the teacher she didn't just say learn off this it's important, but she explained all the backround and went in to detail of the importance of the tune. Fair play to her.

That's class horse box. My 4 year old brother had his parent teacher meeting there and the teacher said to mum that he's sang a song for the whole class in Irish and of course it was amhrán na bhFiann....I was as proud as punch but as you can imagine it might've been viewed differently here up north!!
