MORA are not anti GAA they, like anyone else with a brain cell are concerned about the impact that construction and large crowds are going to have on their property, for all the criticism you give on here don't tell me you wouldn't be concerned if it was your house. As for the surrounding area, DC? that's what makes it a soccer area? closer by you have Lamb Dearg, Rossa, St.Pauls, Johnnies, Gort, St.Galls etc, each have their own club with far more local members than any soccer club could even come close to. Say what you want about other bars showing soccer and racing but those sports are on tv almost everyday, GAA is not! what do you want people to do watch repeats? poppy wearing in Andytown btw? lol wise up with your hear say and country folk tales Topa_the_left (Antrim) - Posts: 250 - 07/06/2013 21:59:46 1401600 Link 0 |

God lads - with some of the views being expressed on here and the scare tactics and fabricated stats being spouted I won't be surprised if some of you get tapped up for some of the Unionist political parties. Fortyfive - sorry to hear you lost your car but no offence I have probably attended Casement on a lot lot more occassions than you and I have never had as much as a scratch on my car on my return (and I have parked in various and wonderful places from the footpath on Andytown Rd to the estates in and around the ground). But to use your unfortunate experience as a general statement of the place needs putting in to perspective. Offside_Rule (Antrim) - Posts: 4058 - 10/06/2013 11:52:01 1402861 Link 0 |
The design is hardly ground breaking, considering how much it is costing. GaryMc82 (Derry) - Posts: 3026 - 13/06/2013 21:51:16 1406191 Link 0 |
