Mayo have had the worst ever preparation for the quater finals of the All Ireland, they have played nobody! By Jaysus when they come up against a good side it'll be the shock of their lives

You could have made that argument last year too and they contested the AI Final.

Yeah there is a chance that could happen but I don't think it will.

Its hard to say if this is Mayos year. One things for sure, I wouldn't begrudge them it.

These attempts at talking up the opposition from the dub posters are cringeworthy...
It doesnt suit ye lads.

London had a call of support from robbie keane before the game. Apparantly he is a lifelong london supporter, he might be lining out against cavan next week.

Cannot judge Mayo till they play someone of worth, they've basically been playing junior football the last few months. Mayo V Donegal quarter final would be a terrific game and amazingly if Mayo won it would be the third year in a row they've eliminated the All Ireland champions.

They are definitely the favourites and Horan's attitude yesterday impressed me. He clearly wasn't happy with what was a below par performance. Knowing Mayo they will probably get an easy path to the final also.

Exactly. London opened up Mayo yesterday as well, Horna was not happy, now Mayo can only beat whats in front of them and maybe took the foot of the pedal, but still I would of thought it would be more and they would have been more clinical.

Mayo were well beaten by monaghan recently in a challenge game that was taken very seriously by all accounts. The reality is that it u do need to be tested, and this challenge game will have brought them on for the rest of the year.

Do you run a bookies culann? It is just every other bookies has dublin as the favourites so we might make a killing in your one...

Easy run in Connacht is no help. I'd say Horan targeted the Galway match and Mayo were on fire that day. On cruise control since and are not battle hardened We might be caught like Armagh after these facile victories.

Probably their best chance in a long time, very good and settled team, draw opening up and no stand-out team in their way, if they don't do it this time they might be left waiting!

Ye. I can't see them having a better chance then they have this year for a long long time. This is the first year in a while there has been no stand out team. Now, if Dun na nGall rediscover their form from last year things might change. But yes Maigh Eo are the strong favourites.

Think the Dubs and Kerry and perhaps even Monaghan are ahead of them, they'll beat Donegal though if they meet.

I was worried about Donegal yesterday before the match-based on league performance and their match against Down. Whilst Tyrone didn't come close to beating them-I felt they were vulnerable to a "suprise", and I also think they seriously underestimated Monaghan. Similarly I have a bad feeling about Mayo (whom I would love to see win the All Ireland) I just feel they never got going in league through injury etc and the calibre of competition hasn't been great. I'm worried about how they'll adapt to the challenges of a big game. As seen yesterday, every team can have an atrocious day by their own standards. And its knockout from here. I don't like to say it but Kerry are in the long grass and I'd be most worried about their continuing progress; I can't further justify that, its a gut feeling as I know they didn't play well in league and have only notably beaten Cork. Championship is wide open!!!!
