Ha Ha Superglue. The nordies must be bored silly watching this with all the scoring and lack of cynicism. A couple of goals scored too for good measure. Dont see many of them in Ulster

Yeah look at all them scores Kildare are kicking, majestic stuff, I particularly like the way the game is over as a contest at half time, very entertaining stuff altogether.

Exactly, 45 mins in and I'm reading the papers. If this is what passes as an entertaining game, then give me the Ulster Championship any day

Sure this is what happens when you have an Ulster manager. I blame the countyboard

Kildare flop again

Please stop with all the hype. Meath hammered them this time last year too

If Dublin kept the tempo this could have been 20+

Will McGeeney stay? Where do they go from this? The qualifiers obviously.. but looking at the bigger picture, Kildare have only regressed.

Just because teams aren't contesting the game does not make it free flowing good football. Once again Dublin get a walkover so its hard to tell how they are shaping up this year and I can't see Meath offering any kind of competition.

Apart from the poor passing, shooting, and pass/shot selection the defending from Kildare has been intermediate club standard. Dublin players jogging to get into acres of space! When you put all this along with throwing in the towel 5 minutes into the second half then it would make you wonder if Leinster is currently worse than Connaught in terms of standard at this stage. Look what Armagh have done to Wicklow and Armagh are probably 7th best team in Ulster maybe 8th behind Fermanagh.

I wouldn't get into that until they are out. Qualifiers can be the makings of some teams. No Leinster in the 6 years considering the money etc isn't great.

Must say I really enjoyed that. A lot better than some of the crap in Ulster. Good to see Kildare being put in their place. Hard to see Meath doing too much better.

Why has this Kildare team been talked up every year. A top 5/6 team ever since McGeeney took charge? Leinster title easier for Dublin than Connacht title for Mayo. 3 matches each. 3 easy wins.

Kildare .....the only top six side in history never to win a game of any worth.

Will the media now shut up with their general admiration for a team who have never done anything.

Get that man out now. Not one man on that pitch had a clue what he was supposed to be doing. We are a laughing stock. Put a token team out into the qualifiers, send Dan Flynn to Australia and be done with it.

Jeaus that was bad for kildare, so bad that even i felt sorry for them.
Daithi i think your right.
Well thats the myth put to bed that kildare are anywhere near a top team, both meath and wexford are ahead of them in leinster. Btw dub will win leinster with plenty to spare, but we are only building, and we a year two or perhaps 3 behind them, but no way will we roll over like kildare did. Again this must be hard for the genuine kildare supporters and you have my sympathy. I do hope you can come back next year in province, cause meath and Dublin need a competitive kildare.
well done dub, we won't surrender so easily next day though.

Dublin at -12...a great day's work! ;)

Dublin were on a different level, could just turn it on whenever they felt like it. Able to bring on players like Rock, Nolan and McManamon shows how strong they are. Would be very surprised if they didn't at least make the final this year.

Great display from Dublin, really laid down a marker today.
Kildare will be really disappointed after getting a flying start but they really looked like a team with no self belief & the last 20 minutes made for pitiful watching, unless you're a Dub of course!!

JMcG was at the game, no doubt putting the final touches to the bus parking masterplan that is now surely evident as the only way to play Dublin.

Took no pleasure in that result. Felt sorry for kildare, they started so strongly that I was thinking that they might have our number today. Regardless, while one can debate Geezer staying in charge maybe he has done all he can and that KIldare need something a little different to get them over the line.

In my opinion the referee lost this game for Kildare. Right before the second Dublin goal Dublin were awarded a free for a completely fair shoulder. It was a farce of a decision. It mightn't have mattered in the end but it was certainly a turning point in the game

Dublin can only beat whats put in front of them. Though Kildare would have made a better game of it in second half. The real test for Dublin will be when they meet one of the big six. Will they be able to get past the defensive systems of Donegal. Will they be able to hold the forwards of Donegal and Mayo if they go man on man. Wouldn't rule Cork or Kerry out either. Some great games to look forward to come August.

I didn't enjoy seeing Kildare absolutely hammered even if it was my team playing because it does us no good, but you have to wonder about Kildare. Lumping high ball in on the FF line worked in the first 5 mins but after that it got them nowhere, the most worrying part for Kildare (and exciting part for Dublin) is that Flynn, Andrews and BB were all quite poor so I wonder what it could've been like if they were on form.

Our forward line really is clicking as a unit right now though and it is great to see, but I still think we can leak goals and lack another MF. The stupid goal we conceded early on would've cost us in a bigger game and I think we really need a top man-marker to play corner back for us.

Rory O'Carroll and Daly were outstanding I thought, Mannion and Connolly were fantastic as well. Great to see my clubman Kilkenny playing good too but I definitely think he has room to improve. O'Gara is back in contention as well although I have to say it really p*sses me off how he looks like he is trying to get sent off every match - the game was over as a contest and he was still starting fights.

Well I suppose they probably would have lost anyway but I do think it was a turning point in the game. It was a clear fair shoulder in fairness. Instead of losing by 2 at half time they were losing by 5 as a result of the goal
