Skillful Bill,

I agree with a lot of what your points. Stephen O'Neill was anonymous in the 2nd half. Why not leave him & either Mark Donnelly or Sean Cavanagh in the full forward line? I'm a fan of Aidan Cassidy at midfield actually.

I have been attending tyrone games for over 30 years now through
good days bad days and great days and mickey and his
great team of the 00's gave us some wonderful memories. But
coming home from the match yesterday I felt a little like I did in 2002.
In 02 tyrone had just capitulated to sligo at croke park we had a nice
blend of youth and experience but something was a miss.
Big Art had been in charge on and off for 20 years but a younger
hungrier man was waiting in the wings. I think managers like player's
have their time and mickeys has come. Would love to see mcguiness
and peter renew old acquaintances again on the line.
I think Peter could relaunch another golden generation again.

A week ago they were labeled as a top 3/4 team by many and a serious contender for Sam.

5 minutes before the Mayo Galway game some of the experts were tipping Galway. Afterwards Mayo were a top 3 team.

One game doesnt make or break a team but to read/listen to the comments from many "experts" you would think it did.

Personally I think Tyrone won't get much better than the team they have this year. They couldn't have trained much harder. I think Cavan will be the next team to put Donegal back in their place. Possibly Derry.

God almighty lads, the wind has changed again and all of a sudden tyrone are finished and Donegal back in contention for sam... Honestly lads, some people would be as well say nothing because they've changed their minds so many times since January we can't keep up... Either Donegal or Tyrone were going to go out in the first round. Tyrone can push on and do well still, Donegal could go out in the next round.. The beautiful thing about Gaa is snything can happen and teams can come back.. Good work Donegal, Good luck to Tyrone...
