Great performance by Louth but the expected laois second half back lash didn't come.
Laois had too many big slow players and had little answer to Louth who looked fitter and more composed
One swallow and all that , Wexford beat us in the league at home so will be tough opposition who have done a lot more in Leinster than us in the past few years

Your saying not a hope wayno you and Dublin keep thinking that and a team will catch them on the hop because of complacency dont think many would have given louth, wicklow, and london a chance today.
There can be many surprises in the championship thats the beauty of it.
The novel pairing of Kildare v Louth or even Kildare v Meath would be brilliant for Leinster football. (once kildare are involved i'd be happy)
Leinster football badly needs another winner rather than Dublin. It really is doing nothing for the leinster championship having Dublin win leinster year after year and the final itself being a non event.Final spot wide open on other side of the draw. Really looking forward to next weekend.
Hopefully Kildare can overcome Offaly after today just shows you can take no team for granted if they do get over the Offaly hurdle well let see what happens sfter that! ;)

Laois are a bit like Kildare aren't they? I mean, a lot of hype and fuss over nothing.

Well done Louth I knew rightly yous would win today, massive strides being made in Louth football in the last few years, and not getting enough credit for it either.

neutral would be enticed to it due mostly to the return of meath and louth to croker and to see if sparks fly. Think it be near on 80k but maybe im wrong

I predicted an upset before the game and to be honest going into the game I didn't think there was a whole lot between the sides. If Meath happen to meet Louth in a Leinster semi final we'd get it very hard to win. Louth will be hard bet this year.

Still don't think it would sell out, id be amazed if more than 50,000 went to a Dublin v Kildare and Meath v Louth double header in these recessionary times.

McNulty has to go. Laois have been dreadful since he took over. A handy route through the qualifiers last year papered over a lot of cracks.

And then he had the nerve on the Sunday Game to say they were unlucky and it was just one of those days where things go wrong.

Absolute sickner for the Laois supporters and players yesterday. Can't see McNulty having much of a future at Laois, will be tough for the players to raise their game for the qualifiers. Well done to Louth, very impressive result. Would love to see yous get to another Leinster final.
