James Horan blasts RTÉ All-Ireland bias

And now we have Ger Brennan adding his tuppence worth:

""They're always trying to change the game around. What's wrong with it? Some of the cynical stuff, like time-wasting, lads pulling each other down with rugby tackles, needs to be looked at. Didn't they have a black book a few years ago, like getting a ticking? That was fine, I thought. Sometimes they try to over-complicate it for the players and for the referees."

Enough said evryone with an opinion and I mean everyone starts off "I'm sick and tired off......" then go on to elaborate "some of the the more cynical stuff......"

Thats what they are looking at nothing more nothing less, rugby tackles, time wasting (standing in front of free taker, throwing ball away), shirt pulling, persistent deliberate fouling etc etc get that rubbish out of the game. Why exactly does the game need it?

Thats all everyone wants, but to stamp it out it has to carry a very heavy penalty.

This thread has become a debate on the rule changes. James horan and joe brolly havent been mentioned in a good while. Might be time to let it go and start a different thread

Out of curiosity how many of his past red cards could have been reduced to a black card if it was around at the time?

Not having a pop at him or anything but swings and roundabouts and all that.

Thankfully the hype surrounding the interview has subsided.

Bump... Horan quite blatantly blames a number of Key Mayo players in the Irish examiner article on the first page and first post on this thread. He names players and their mistakes and lack of effort... rather than his own mistakes. Horan has a history of such things... it's there as clear as day.
