Tipp v Cork in the Centenary Munster Final. A few other games have reasonably close but never quiet matched it.

Dublin v Mayo in the All Ireland semi final in 2006. It's much easier to enjoy a game when a neutral, for that reason I can't include any Meath matches.

Best game I was ever at was Tyrone v Armagh semi in 2005. Was at the Ulster final replay the same year where the ref robbed Tyrone. Soon found out that Armagh and Tyrone people aren't too fond of each other! Tyrone losing Ulster only added to the game and atmosphere in the semi. Seemed every sectionalxh of seatd

I remember watching Derry Down in 1994 and for its time it was a wonderful game played in great conditions and between two of the best teams in the country. Though I did watch some of it about a year ago on tg4 and it wasn't quite as good as I remembered. Quite stop start.

My own favourite would be the Tyrone Kerry 2005 All Ireland final - brilliant match with the 2 best teams of the decade at their peak.

GreenandRed Good pick - posted the same earlier. The atmosphere was incredible as it was virtually full and most supporters were from either county so very intense. I remember the Boys Artane passing and goose pimples ran right through me and turning round and everyone around had the same big broad smile of anticipation. You are right the replayed Ulster final added great spice to it and the sense of injustice prevailed. The game itself was fought tooth and nail with every inch clawed after - game of margins they say.
It probably is a bit general that we don't like each other certainly coming home on the train after the Ulster replay was as nasty as I remember with a group of Armagh supporters agreeing that PC had to get the line for ..a non-existent punch. That said it was mostly rivalry as Armagh are neighbours of ours and banter has always been good. Now as for Derry that maybe runs a bit deeper.

1976 Munster Football Final Replay in Páirc Uí Chaoimh - an amazing game which Kerry pulled out of the fire with a controversial Sean Walsh goal (Cork people to this day will maintain the ball never crossed the line). Ray Cummins then had a goal controversially disallowed a minute from time for a dodgy square ball (he was outside the square but another Cork player was inside) & then the ref blew the final whistle when a Mikey Sheehy shot was in mid flight and went over the bar. Match ended with one scoreboard giving Cork a win by two points & the other scoreboard giving Kerry a win by one. Confusion & tension reigned. Announcement then made over loudspeaker that the game was a draw and would go to extra time which Kerry won. Was an unforgettable occasion & still vivid now almost 37 years later.

as a tyrone man the 13 men derry game in 1995 was the best feeling ever and as a neutral the 1998 kildare galway final was an awesome game with some marvellous scores.

Reddoctor - Tyrone Derry '95 was awesome as the monkey was finally removed from the back. Abiding memory though was the searing heat - Mid 30's really hot summer that year but remember that particular day as a scorcher.

Off the top of the head Kilkenny and Tipp in 2009 as an out and out hurling game.

From a personal point of view Dublin beating Kilkenny in the 2011 leage final was the best game Ive been to

From a Meath point of view the second game of the three against Kildare in 1997 was an unbelievable game, indeed this game would nearly top my list overall but would also put Galway/Kerry in 2000 & Galway/Kildare in 1998 in the high bracket

1991..... Meath v Dublin.... not just one game of football, but 4 titanic battles, put GAA on a new pedestal in my opinion.
