Galliamh_abu....Greengrass, 1922 Sligo won Connacht and beat Tipp in AI football semi final. Galway objected to Sligo in Connacht and played Sligo in replay, Galway won the replay and were Connacht champions and played in the AI final.

I did not know that allSOran. I'm sorry my county were such sore losers to rob ye of an all-Ireland final appearance! Objections and counter-objections were par for the course in those days, often for the flimsiest of reasons.
