1200830 i postedmy thoughts on another thread so im not gonna repeat that! but all this talk of manufactured p***esme off.why dont ye get more money off your county board or fill morer stadiums, still dont think wed see derry or the likes competing in liam mccarthy without seriously hard work! however,ye are just jealous because ourselves and cork are the only real dual counties.keep hitting us when were down because when we finally do win it,my god it will be sweeet
What are you basing being a dual county on? The number of All Irelands won? Galway have won more football and hurling All Irelands in the last 25 years or so then Dublin so surely there more of the dual county? Also what is it we're jealous of?

cant believe the scoreline yesterday very disappointing hope in the qualifiers we can up our game and start a scratch now,i think yesterday was a poor day at the office and that dublin are a better team than we seen yesterday with all the injured lads back we just may need more game time to get settled back in.this dublin squad is far from done so is daly..
COME ON DALY COME ON THE DUBS!!! WIN LOSE OR DRAW COYBIB....

Moomoo, dont know why im bothering replying.Im talking about a modern dua county as in a team that is competing at the top level, basing this on the fact that in 2011,we are all ireland football champions and leinster finalists/all ireland semi finalists in hurling.this is exacty what your jealous of,we are the only county to make that claim in a few years

Wexford made the All Ireland football semi final a few years back as did there hurlers, as well as playing in both Leinster finals in the same year based on your logic that makes them a modern day dual team does it not? If you want to talk about more modern times then since 2000 Galway have played in more football and hurling All Irelands then Dublin so another reason to say there more of a dual county is it not?

Bad day at the office for Dublin, but hey, its hard to be so good at both all the time as a dual county, which means that you commit to truly supporting the GAA in all its codes across all grades and age levels and not just focus on one!!
Hard luck to our senior hurlers in Leinster who have been beaten by the greatest team ever to play the game but the question still remains when it comes to the Kilkenny minor hurlers and U21's for years and years now......"Will they ever beat Dublin again?"

Moomoo, that year wexford were very successful at both codes.Galway do have the record for being the best dual county but as you can see,in recent years they havent delivered.Mayb you should focus on your own county rather than worry about us

awful night in portlaoise,i said couple weeks back that daly would have to have a plan b and as usual he didnt. the tactic against laois was long high ball into liam rushe there was no other plan and it was the same last night rushe got hammered right from the throw in.
daly has gotten far too much credit for dublin improvement but the facts still dont lie. we have beaten beaten by kilkenny in the last 3 leinster championships by 19 points 11 points and 18 points. since daly has taken over we have only beaten two teams who would have been rated better then us they were wexford in his first year and galway last year.

Once again Snuf what happened to its a poor county who get off on underage success? Going by this year i think its the Dublin Under 21's are the ones there are questions about...

Well Lads yesterday's performance must of been mighty embarrassing for Dublin GAA considering the vast amounts of money being invested, the false hype they feed everyone, poaching players from other counties and passing them off as so called Dubs and have a larger population pool to select from than most counties combined yet they still cannot even compete with a serious hurling county!! I feel for ye lads!!

sick of hearing the largest population been done to many times if dublin lose first thing you hear always, im gutted about yesterday but at the end of the day if your not a 100% going to battle kk you may forget about it regardless of who you are most of the time i think dublin are there own worst enemies they can play and play well but just seems to be this year its has been a case of no shows this season wether it has to with lads missing due to injuries or as said above we have no plan b,for me id like too think that the return of the injured lads just havent peaked to there full potential yet and there time will be in the qualifiers ??? only time will tell i guess...
