Since you think kildare were rightful champions. Imagine they would meet you in maynooth and do the honorable thing.

You would have to worry about them. Last day out in Navan against Louth they were totally asleep. I have never seen the like of it before, so anything could happen. Still think they will up their game and win esp. with Big Joe back. Sould be interesting, Is it televised?

Ahh bettystown why did you go and tell them that. I was looking forward to there delusional rants b ut they will always have pic of winning a div 2 final with more nordies in it than kildare men.
Oh have my 5 tickets already got. And of course. The B has to be dusted down and cleaned up. Just like how we will clean up against the nothern lillys.

A photo with more people in it from Northern Ireland than from Kildare? Really?

I saw plenty of photos of the match, the celebrations after and all that, but the only Northern Irish people I could see were McGeeney, Julie Davis and John Rafferty...

If PP still offering 3/1 on wicklow think its money for old rope. We are now without our 2 best forwards in bray and gilsennan both out injured to add to that walsh our big hope for midfield also out. the ever growing list o'rourke, ward, o'brien mcguinness, walsh, gilsennan, bray, basically we will be sending out a team minus 6/7 of first team. Very few teams could overcome that never mind that we are trying to overcome recent problems.

The injury list is a bit of a joke at this stage, the whole thing is turning into farce, I'm still going to head down to the game but only because I genuinely think it may be our last in Leinster for another 12 months. Wicklow last beat Meath in the championship back in 1957, surely they have to believe at this stage that they are now in pole position to do so again.

Htaem. I too will be there with all the gang and cheering on the boys who do take to the field. But it would be some feat to win without some of those players. I know its football and anything can happen. But at this stage I'd have to say meath will try to find a few younger players for next year. Wicklow have a massive opportunity and I can't see them not taking it.
Unfortunately I agree with you, sunday will be last of our interest in leinster for this year. All I'm waiting to hear now is k reilly has done his back again to add to our anguish.

We're definitely in trouble royaldunne, there's no doubt about it, ok PP still has us a favourites (god only knows why) but if Wicklow have even a shred of self believe in them then the game is very much theirs for the taking.

With Bray and Gilsenan out the Wicklow defence can now rest a little easier, the only two people who can now seriously hurt them is Sheridan if he can nip a goal or two at FF and G Reilly if he has an on day. My only remaining hope is that a) nobody else gets injured and b) that the lads play out of their skin on sunday because make no mistake about it that's what's going to be required to win this game.

Odds on Wicklow have dropped slightly. 25/10 now.

meath are really in win win situation going into this game............if they win they'll all be saying normal service is resumed.........if they lose they'll be saying we all knew this was coming..............of course the meath boys on here would much prefer to win on sunday but the foundations for a loss have been well and truly laid by the likes of royaldunne, htaem etc.................they've covered themselves well in the event of a backlash on here.............cute hoors

I see Meath winning this by 8 pts. Meath lads on here expecting to be beaten is a joke. Its the equivalent of a Dub worrying about Louth on June 3rd.

Spot on htaem
Let's hope they play out of there skins.
Funny how the louth lads are viewing this. Seriously lads we will be expecting the slagging. But for meath winning is never loosing a match. No fan of the royals would be happy to loose. We don't do moral victories. So get a grip will yis.

Wow Wicklow will never have a better chance of beating the royals, Meath missing Bray and Paddy Gil massive losses for Meath.
