Give the record a break would ya.. Stop going on about entertainment value, because fans of teams aren't interested in entertainment value, its about silverware or at least competing for it. Entertainment value is for neutrals watching it on tv and i watch a fair bit and i can tell you 1 out of about 5 games on tv are really very entertaining, the rest are borefests entertainmentwise.. I think its ironic that you say Tyrone has played free flowing football all year, but look what kildare and donegal did to yous and your free flowing football..

Listen, i know and see the point your making, but your making it into something its not.. Sunday week will be interesting, may the best (not entertaining) team win..

I like to see teams compete, see players fight for the ball in a real neck n neck dog fight.
It's games like this when a teams hunger becomes evident, and the team with the greater hunger succeeds.
Kilkenny beat Tipp in last years AI final, and it didnt matter what Tipp threw at them, KK were going to keep going until they won. The previous year it was the opposite, with Tipp having the hunger to succeed.

The 1993 Ulster final ended Derry 0.08 v Donegal 0.06. That game featured the reigning 1992 All Ireland champions Donegal against Derry the soon to be crowned 1993 All Ireland champions. Now anybody that remembers it, will know it was far from pretty.

Give it a rest Cacs, Tyrone lost, they will re-group, and hopefully get the opportunity
to meet Donegal again this summer.
Let them have this one kid. ;)

Tyrone will re-group. They were close to Donegal last week, and i watched their minors destroy Derry in the opening match. They have a some phenomenal players at minor level. If they build steam in the Qualifiers, they will be hard to stop and a team most will want to avoid.

My reason for being doubtful of Tyrone challenging for an All Ireland is simply based on losses they sustained through Injury. Losing key players of the quality of Cavanagh, Coney and O'Neill is a huge blow for any outfit. While the current team are capable, they will lose further players at key parts of the season. And these added to the 3 players already out will be devastating.

From a quick scan of this whole thread it is obvious that the likes of Lifford Gael, Lockjaw and Supporter will have to defend Donegal's system right up until they get knocked out of the All Ireland or even right up unitl they win it. So far criticism on here has come from Cavan fans, Dublin fans , Tyrone and Down. I dont think it will stop there and it will be equal to if not greater than the lambasting they got last year. It is evident Donegal play unattractive football, an extreme form of defensive football in their back line and forward line. They have created a new game - mixed between basketball and Rugby league.

As the season continues the criticism will continue and the attractiveness of Gaelic football is the greatest casualty of it all - an innocent victim of Donegals win at all costs approach. One thing is for sure there will be no neutral at the Ulster Final.

God but somebody is a sore sore loser. Of course the donegal boys are going to defend their system? I tink it was 4 years ina row we didnt get out of our first ulster championship game.... now we've won 7 out our 7 last games. your just a bitter man as has been said above a wind up merchant trying to annoy all th donegal supporters on here. most other tyrone supporters have been gracious in defeat and have offered us our best wishes.. pity you cant come off your bashing wagon for once isnt it ! And fyi.. i know a lot of people who find donegals tactical play intriguing and interesting to watch. and also, if you say tyrone werent more defensive than us last week, your fooling yourself and nobody else
