It's also quarter final weekend at minor level. I think Tyrone,Dublin,Tipp should progress to the semi final but the hardest game to call is our own game v Kerry, hopefully with a bit of luck we can reach another All Ireland semi final. ispeakwisdom (Roscommon) - Posts: 2487 - 31/07/2012 19:02:04 1234988 Link 0 |
I'd say Tipp, Kerry, Dublin and Tyrone will win. Kerry are 5/4 with Paddy Power a great bet considering Ros struggled past a very weak Mayo team. themayodub (Dublin) - Posts: 35 - 01/08/2012 14:38:21 1235596 Link 0 |
Well personally i thought Mayo could of very well beat this mighty Roscommon team the last day, we owned the second half but in typical Mayo fashion couldn't finish, Gallagher in midfield ran the show. 51longago (Mayo) - Posts: 2981 - 01/08/2012 14:45:34 1235604 Link 0 |
We will win against Kerry. Roscommon don't really have to get out of third gear to beat Mayo minors anymore Ros2013 (Roscommon) - Posts: 546 - 01/08/2012 14:52:25 1235619 Link 0 |
Kerry are improving all the time and Roscommon will find it hard. This could be the best game Sunday of the 3. Cute_Kerry_Hoor (Kerry) - Posts: 2518 - 01/08/2012 14:56:10 1235626 Link 0 |

Mayo have Tipp on the ropes will be a great win for the underdogs if they pull it off? Gaa_lover (USA) - Posts: 3702 - 04/08/2012 16:07:57 1237953 Link 0 |
After only scoring 1-6 v Sligo,0-8 v Roscommon where did that Mayo 0-18 performance come from? always great to see the underdog win! Gaa_lover (USA) - Posts: 3702 - 04/08/2012 16:34:35 1237964 Link 0 |
Could Mayo and Ros ( if they beat Kerry tomoro ) meet in the final???? Is that possible? Ros2013 (Roscommon) - Posts: 546 - 04/08/2012 16:40:28 1237967 Link 0 |
Yes they could but Tyrone v Dublin is the fancied final now. Gaa_lover (USA) - Posts: 3702 - 04/08/2012 16:52:54 1237972 Link 0 |
Great win for Mayo but it shows up the system again, Mayo edge past Sligo loose to Roscommon to reach the 1/4 final meanwhile Tipp beat Kerry, Cork and Kerry again and have bad day and out they go lillyboy (Kildare) - Posts: 429 - 04/08/2012 17:21:57 1237981 Link 0 |
Dont know what point you are making lilyboy but guess its a dispersion on connacht football which has more than held its own over the last decade in minor,u-21. Roscommon had to beat leitrim, mayo and Galway to win connacht. I dont see anything easy about that path facethepuckout (Roscommon) - Posts: 222 - 04/08/2012 17:57:44 1238009 Link 0 |
