All Ireland Minor Football Championship 2012

the roscommon side this year is very talented and will do well in Connaught but they do not have enough to go all the way from what iv'e seen this year. Galway were very poor in the league but i'd fancy them to create an upset. Leitrim could surprise a few. Were very impressive over Mayo. would be great to see them win a underage title. What the provence needs.

Kildare and Dublin the two teams to beat in Leinster this year. Winners will come from this game. Tipp to win in Munster and from what I've seen both Armagh and Tyrone very strong this year.
---------------------
Tipp will beat Kerry puling up & you won't see Armagh again this year because they are out.

We have another good team this year however we have to come out of highly competitive Connacht championship first. Mayo,Galway have been good as anyone at minor level the last decade while Sligo with their record at schools level are sure to produce the goods at inter county level sooner or later & Leitrim are no mugs this year.

The two teams that come out of Connacht (hopefully one of them is Roscommon) will be very hard to beat.

I'll be surprised if Tipp,Tyrone,Dublin don't win Munster,Ulster & Leinster.

I seen on the Gaway thread they beat Derry by 15 points in challenge game yesterday it's going to take a good team to stop them in Connacht now & 14/1 for the All Ireland are very tempting odds.

when do the meath minors play against westmeath? hopefully they win and we get into at least one leinster final this year. would be great if the seniors got as well and the meath minors could potentially be playing in front of a very big crowd.

Those are serious odds. With Ros injury list growing they have virtually a bye into CMF.
A lot of the Traditional counties still hold their own despite what some may think, but the top 2 in Connacht will progress further than AI qf just like last year when they both beat Ulster opposition in the Qf's.

Not good for us on the injury front, up to 5 struggling to be fit for the championship. It's shades of 2007 minor championship when we had a good team but couldn't get Carty,Donal Shine fit. Some scoreline by Galway i also heard they beat Tyrone a few weeks ago.

The best two minor teams in Leinster are Kildare and Dublin. Whoever wins that semi I think will win Leinster.

Mayo into the Connacht final after narrow win over Sligo 1-6 0-6. Roscommon beat Leitrim by 18pts complacency going into next weekend's game v Galway will be a problem for them now.

I'm just after seeing the Galway minor team, it's a incredibly strong team i don't see any weakness on their line up. It's going to take a super effort from us to reach the final.

Best of luck to Roscommon give it your best shot.

Heard meaths minor team would beat most senior teams in the country.. And since they're playing a hurling dominated county in the semi final they're practically into the AI QF. Everyone should get on them quick before they're odds shorten
