Creatine is like anything really, a little is good to help the body but too much is a bad thing. yes it is hard for the liver to break it down but if taken correctly the advantages seriously outweigh the disadvantages. Any bpdy on this forum who thinks taking creatine is bad just ask yourself this question: how many players on your local team go out on a saturday night after a match and drink in excess of 8 pints? Surely this is worse for the body, especially your beloved liver?? Like I said everything in moderation. What should be noted is taht the body can only break down and absorb a certain ammount of creatine or protein so if it is taken in excess you are wasting your time any money as it will end up in your feces!!
