Sorry Willie - was with you there from 1-8 but one Dublin forward - and its not even Alan Brogan!!!!!! Flanagan (who missed loads of games) ahead of Whelan? You gotta be kidding mate. Dublin have scored 4-58 and you give us one forward. No Jayo either. Sorry way off the mark.

Also Willie, sorry mate but if u were picking a completely nom partial leinster team, and forwards, and it didnnt matter a damn who was on it, how many from what county, none from another etc, I am sorry man but Jayo , Alan and Bernard would walk onto it and you know that man. Keaney wouldnt be far off either. Stephen Bray and John Doyle would also be serious possibbilitys along with Munnelly.

Willie are you basing this on championship only or League. As class a footballer as Martin Flanagan is this years championship did not give him the opportunity to demonstrate this. Next year...

As much as it pains me to say it, I would not put Kavanagh in. 5 points in 2 games is a poor return by his standards.
Alan Brogan scored 2-11 in 3 games. Hannon from Wicklow has also done very well this year. Dessie Dolan and Fergal Wilson could also deserve a mention. 1-8 certainly wouldn't get too many complaints but Flanagan hasn't had that much game time this year - although neither has Whelan. Shane Ryan with his engine would probably lord midfield on his own and with the weights programme he has been doing he has buled up so much he would probably fit into the 8 AND 9 jersey ;-)

Meath conceded 4-12 to Limerick and 2-14 to Wexford and you have the Meath full back in your team???

Liam you must not have seen too many games this year if you choose Bray and Munnelly. Both were terrible. Jayo and Bernard Brogan "would walk onto it", biased Dublin rubbish.

No Munnelly or Bray as the above poster is correct on that. No Meath players due to the disastrous year for them. No B Brogan as we havent YET seen much of him and any team would be based on merit!

So Dublin have the best defensive record in the Leinster championships and the best scoring rate and yet people are giving us limited players....ridiculous

Wat a bad team willie, Darren Fay was very poor this year, Brian Kavanagh had his worst year in the championship for Longford since hes started playing and Donie Kingston didn't even play in the Leinster championship for Laois!! I presume its Alan Brogan you mean and not Bernard.

Liam/Jayo, that is suppose to be Alan Brogan not Bernard, also I should have included Niall McNamee. But I cant see why people are complaning, it looks a good team to me.

Spudenator, like the look of your team but would swap two of your own players, that being P.McMahon for Rooney.

Willie - how did Darren Fay make the team? The man he was marking against Limerick scored 3-7 !!!! Didn't see any of that game but remember seeing the Independent giving him a rating ot 2 out of 10 - you honestly think he was the best full back in Leinster this year?

And Liam - how would Munnelly be in contention? Was he not dropped for the game last weekend? Poor year by his standards.

Would definitely have Jayo in it though, his movement off the ball this year has been unreal so far

6. Byran Cullen - Dublin
7. Barry Cahill - Dublin

11. Alan Brogan - Dublin
12. Stephen Bray - Meath
13. Brian Farrell - Meath

15. Cian Ward - Meath

The lack of Meath forwards on these teams is unbelievable and in particular Cian Ward. As I said on another thread, he is the most exciting player in the game to have come along since Colm Cooper.
