This Tyrone team are finished.
-----------------------------------------------------
You mean this constantly changing and evolving team with new players coming in and holding their place? Donnelly,P Harte,Coney etc etc.Just because you say it Toma doesn't make it any more true.If truth be told you Dubs are afraid to meet Tyrone given both teams recent form. With 3-19 yesterday and 9 different scorers,we fear no team.Tir Eoghain Abu!!!

Hopefully this year i will not hear the uneducated dubliner call tyrone fans "Orange Men" which has been a common trait of dublin fans for the past few years. To call Tyrone Nationalists Orange men is the height of ignorance. We are not orange men, we are Irish Nationalists who are anit- british and anti Northern Ireland. We are against partition and we have fought and died for civil rights for northern nationalists. To come down from the occupied six and be called an orange man by a dubliner is a massive insult, grow up and read a few books!!

Jez some of the posters on here are as childish as each other.

Personally I cant wait to Saturday. I love it when we play Dublin, the craic with their supporters before the match is always unreal. I'll be down early, hitting the Maples for a few pints of Guinness beforehand to calm the nerves!

Best of luck to both teams and may the winners bring home Sam.

Reckon this game will go to the wire. Dublin will need to have Philly McMahon and Michael Dara McAuley back to have a chance. Very disappointed to read some of the bitter comments about Dublin supporters from Tyrone posters. Have enjoyed pints with many of them after our tussles in the past.

Here here Goodfella....a lot of rubbish being spouted here on both sides. Really looking forward to Saturday night, it will be a great occasion regardless and hopefully close to a full house.

I'm not going to get drawn into to some of the crap that's being posted from posters from both Dublin and Tyrone lads on here, seriously lads grow up! Firstly I didn't see the Tyrone v Rossies game on Sat but was listening with interest on the radio.
What I got from the game is that Roscommon lacked composure and belief in the first half and could' e been 5 or 6 up at the break, they were pretty much still in it until Tyrones big game experience told in the last 10, as we all know this is usually where games are won and lost.
From a Tyrone perspective, does Mickey start with the new guys or more experienced ones, what I will say is this is the biggest game the new guys have played to date and for their sake you would hope the occasion doesn't get to them and that's where you want your more experienced lads to guide them through.
From a Dublin perspective I feel we need MDMA and Philly to start. Philly brings a toughness to the full back line and mcauley is our best midfielder IMO. I also want to see Cahill in the middle if Cavanagh starts there, Cavanagh is an energetic player who drives the team on so we need Barrys energy and experience to track him.
I would hope Dublin can up there game for this match and we have to keep it tight on the first half, pace ourselves and take our chances when they come. I dothink there will be no more than a score between these two in the end and hopefully we can be on the right side of it!
What I will say is whoever wins out will take great encouragement from it and could possibly go all the way.
Anyway all the best Tyrone hope we see a great sporting occassion and whoever wins I hope we don't get some of the gloating and crap that is already trying to hijack this forum.
UP THE DUBS

if fennell starts for dublin they have no chance, he was cat against wexford, he offers nothing to dublin, he looks good in the league, but not mobile enough for this time of the year, plus he just cant kick the ball, some of his efforts for points the last day was laughable to say the least, dublin can win this game , but they need their best team out and everything to go right on the day,

Most sensible Tyrone post on here. A lot of Tyrone fans suddenly on their high horse once again and writing-off every other team, Dublin included. Slagging off Dublin fans with their "soccer chants" and "ignorance" and so on will win you no love from the metropolitans when it comes to Jones Road next Saturday.

I presonally think that Tyrone will win this game but it won't be the walkover that our brothers up North think it will. We've beaten Tyrone in our last two competitive games, whipping them in the leage in Omagh last year. Our record this year is good, only losing two competitive matches in all competitions, against Westmeath in a farcical refixed O'Byrne cup game and against Cork in the league final, which we should have won. We've beaten Cork, Kerry, Down, Armagh, Kildare, Meath, Mayo etc. in competitive games this year so I don't think any team will drub this Dublin side.

Like I say, I still think we are number 4 in the country after Cork, Kerry and Tyrone and I expect Tyrone to win by a narrow margin.

999868 It would be a great day for the GAA if Tyrone managed to put out Dublin. With their soccer chanting, whistles in the crowd and ignorant fans who need directions to get to Croker they truly are a blight on the sport. Tyrone are bubbling along nicely and beat Roscommon by 11 points without getting out of second gear. Tyrone by 4

Think its incredibly disrespectful to say we beat roscommon without getting out of second gear. We really had to raise our game at times in that match and the 11 point winning margin was incredibly flattering.

Think this has the potential to be the greatest game of gaelic football in years and really light up the championship. Cant describe how excited i am for this one. Think tyrone will sneak it but only after a tough 70 mins if not 90

Tyrone will be hard to beat this Saturday I think. They love playing in croker as much as the dubs and were arguably unlucky not win the corresponding game last year. Dublin should have beaten Cork last year and also in the league final. They will have to do it the hard way if they are to win this year, I think they may have missed their chance last year. Tyrone by 3 points for me, their price of 6-4 for this game is very fair, and their price of 13-2 for the all ireland is fairer still!
