And Cavan haven't won a lot so the odd win is the beginning of the world.

I agree with big sacks, we should not have a pop at him for being mean spirited and spiteful, we should let him slag off the u21 team and sneer at them. After all this is a message board and people should be allowed say what they like and go unchallenged.

Thank you big sacks

The deadline for public voting for the 2011 Cadbury Hero of the Future is nearly here! Voting closes on Thursday night (26th May) at 12pm.

Kildare senior footballer Dermot Earley, Kerry legend Darragh O'Sé, former Dublin Manger Paul Caffrey and TG4's Michael O Domhnaill adjudicate the competition and determine who the overall winner will be, taking the public vote into consideration.

Voted for Mark Hehir.

Any sign of a call-up to the Galway Senior panel?

I voted for Mick O Regan, Wexford midfielder. It was a tough call between him and Cavan's Jack Brady, but O'Regans performance in the AI semi final shaded it for me. Cleaned Cavan's midfield out of it.

Rory O'Carroll was a worthy winner last year. Fine player. He and his team deserved more respect than he was shown by the Dublin fans last year too.

Strange choice,
as his team mate Hehir was a two time winner of "hero of the game", (one of which was in the final where he destroyed my own cavan, and in the Conaught final) as opposed to Flynn picking up just one.
