look the fact of the matter is the dublin footballers pull in the biggest crowds and that detremines the no1 sport in the city and when the national league rolls around and dublin eclipse leinsters 15thousand for home league matches i want to here you boys admit who was right on this matter
a for the southsider rattling on about who the champions of dublin are yes that might be correct but my referance was to who supports the county team and the numbers of northsiders by far outweigh southsiders and this also goes for club matches as i was ashamed when crokes played navan o mahonys of meath 2 years ago as the crowd was 3 quarters full of navan o mahonys supporters and probly only people from neutral club in dublin made up the crokes supporters as it was near christmas and crokes fans were peobably in dundrum shopping
hahaha mikey boy as ye kerry men say how on earth is kerry better then dublin in every way. true reflection on this is the bigger numbers of kerry people living in dublin then dublin people living in kerry how many kerry people go to college in dublin, why does all the foreigners coming to live in ireland not go and live in kerry theres far more live in dublin. last but not least who won the most recent meeting between dublin and kerry and who got further in 2010 championship?
If there was work down here then kerry people wouldn't be moving to dublin. People need to stop dragging healy rae into every dig they give to kerry. Most kerry people (me included) cant stand him. As for match going population. I've been to north kerry finals that there was thousands of people at. How many of the dubs on hill16 could actually name the team.
I think you need convincing that "the kingdom" is where it's at. Look No matter where your from there's no place like home and I'm certainly glad I was born in Dublin and I can't imagine living anywhere else. Much the same as how you feel I imagine. The fact that football is a religion in Kerry has nothing to do with passion for the game or the fact you don't have to "market" football and everything to do with a lack of an alternative. I love that my kids have choices and play a variety of sports including GAA and more importantly its acceptable within the community for them to do so. There's a big bad world out there hon. Go forth and embrace it

People in all parts of kerry are free to take part in rugby, soccer, hurling, golf, basketball, athletics and various other sports. The fact that football is a religion here has everything to do with passion for the game and tradition. You seem to be lost in a time warp in that your view of kerry is that of a backwater where outsiders are viewed with suspicion. Perhaps you should come down sometime. We have trains here now and everything!
exactly mike not such a great county if they cant find any work in it now is it
passion and religion and that you dont even turn up for home league matches as there was more dubs at the match in the league last year then kerry people and ye were at home.yeah and those trains are there for a reason to be used not just once a year

Sure it was for the holiday thay came. We have bigger fish to fry than the league but sure it was like an all-ireland to the dubs, poor things.
Whats with all this rantint between ye Dubs and the Kerry folk. Take a step back and grab onto yourselves a bit, thats better. Kerry trains go many places but most end up in Dublin. Probably because Kerry folk like travelling there in September and Dubs like Ballybunion for their holidays, thats why the trains go the other direction as well? Cork don't have that problem do they, for themz to train it to kerry they must make changes, no direct route at all. Sounds familiar in that their trains also go direct to Dublin and nobody visits Cork at all or do they? I am the one who is lost in time MikeOC not anyone else. If I am there before you get back wait for me on the depot platform!
