Shampers ?

Saturday night must be bath night
Make sure to wash behind the ears - Can't have you going to evening mass with dirty ears

Ballboy,

Ignore them, you seem quite happy and content in that padded cell.

aer lingus should present impact with a bill and say that all priveledges will be curtailed until the money is made back- remove the health benefits, free meals, staff parties, social club payments etc until the money is made back. but i am happy enough knowing from the inside that the people striking will never ever get a promotion while at the company- this please me with interest rates rising these people will be squeezed, if a shower ever deserved to suffer

liathroidboy:

I'm disgusted with you on the money you make you should have your own jet at this stage instead of roughing it with the plebs in business class!!

I half own a helicopter with my brother if thats any good to you hag- its perfect for going horse racing! private planes need runways and therefore are just too awkward and between business and first class on plane i do get by :)

I half own a helicopter

I see the recession is hitting you (only half own).... I hope it's the half with the engine and propellers you own.

Seems a bit unfair using a helicopter to race a horse, the horse wouldn't have a chance unless it's a unicorn, and I'm sure a man with your money has one of them too!

Have you seen the terms of the arbitration outcome? I have.
The Union only made any changes to ONE of the things they were after. Just because they scream and shout claiming a victory doesn't mean they actually achieved much.

90% of it is what Aer Lingus were bringing in originally. The only significant change is that there has to be longer notice given to staff regarding the 3-hour window for changing shift times.
Timing of meal breaks hasn't changed at all, staff will be told prior to boarding when their break will be, but the supervisor change change it mid-flight "if in-flight conditions dictate."

staff are going to get a txt message to tell them they will be waiting for 3 hours rather than their manager telling them- if that was worth 3 weeks pay and a guarntee never to get a promotion then the union were 100% right in their actions :D if this was a football match it would have been about 6-0 to aer lingus. remember folks the communists have to make noise to justify their existence but as this case has shown they are slowly dieing out and this makes me very happy.

i mean look what they have done to the nurses- they have convinced university student that they deserve massive wages to learn how to be a nurse? its completely pathetic, we have the case now where student are striking cause their egos are so big that they think they are qualified when they are actually only learning- and in all fairness why are we traing nurses anyways they can easily be bought on the open market and brought in much cheaper and therefore everyone benefits- the HSE, the exchequer, university costs its a great idea to just stop doing it- health care is a universal comoddity you absolutely have no requirement to understand context i.e. a nurse in germany can equally work in ireland and vice versa. as i say with all public services if they are not context specfic and the staff get too big for their boots- simply close it down and hire foreigners to do the work- they are cheaper, more productive and have less of an ego- this is also particularly relevant in terms of cops

Seeing you ignored the question before on another thread, what model of helicopter are you claiming to own half of?

people seem to get a great laugh out of the 'half' part, i bought it with my brother i could have said i have my own but that would be dishonest, i love the way people ridicule me as i only own half of it- but i suppose while people are sitting in their ford fiesta jealousy comes easy to them. It is the only one of its kind registered in ireland and considering the propensity for violence and and thuggery of alot of posters on this site to say which type of chopper it is would easily identify its location and my identity and i would not like to draw those undesirables near me of my chopper as we all know their mentality and love of violence! Hope that helps
