a would ye go away, mayo supporters seem to forget that mayo are in a transitional stage after a forgettable year. sligos team are in their prime, mayo are in turmoil with quite a considerable amount of work 2do. im humble enough to say that galway and possibly roscommon are ahead of us, but definitely not mayo. most gaa supporters around the country will probably agree with this, it will take a special efort for mayo 2do something this year, im just saying that mayo are not 6th in ireland at the moment and that sligo should be around the 12 or 13 mark, we were in the last 12 after all unlike the likes of mayo and donegal, whatever about the hammering against down john.no1 (Sligo) - Posts: 471 - 16/01/2011 18:28:44 847374 Link 0 |

Mayo are a strong footballing county and I predict them to bounce back this year.. and if Sligo are in their prime as you say, what have they to show for it..? RoyalClass (Meath) - Posts: 790 - 16/01/2011 18:38:24 847384 Link 0 |

I'll be pretty dissapointed if we don't beat Kildare in June..there is very little between Meath and Kildare even though we got spanked last time out..Infact there is very little between Meath Dublin and Kildare with any of them being able to beat any one else proevo (Meath) - Posts: 296 - 16/01/2011 21:42:10 847541 Link 0 |

I think the facts speak for themselves. Kildare beat Meath is the last competitive game they met in. Therefore until that changes Kildare are better than Meath. Of course that might change this year but at the moment thats the way it is. sedico (Kildare) - Posts: 1682 - 16/01/2011 21:49:19 847548 Link 0 |

ON what basis do they put Clare ahead of Wexford? Considering we beat them last year in Division 2. Pinkie (Wexford) - Posts: 4100 - 16/01/2011 21:56:08 847554 Link 0 |
