836443 An urgent anagram. Could be anyone, except me.

__________
IF I was doing an anagram of Patrique - I'd start with the T-R-I-P-E and force the rest to fit

You'd think with Patrique's all-encompassing knowledge and legendary status in Antrim quiz circles, that this and other similar threads would be right up his street...

Problem with these is that being right after everyone else knows the answer is not much help.

Juliano Belletti, not Bellini played for Chelsea, unless I'm very much mistaken.

Some very good clues in there alright Omar, still no closer to getting the last 3.

That's going back. Just recently my quiz partner was killed and I didn't even know for 3 weeks.

My claim to fame was actually in Manchester. One side out of 57 teams had two people who had won the Radio Two brain of sport, and another who had been a finalist.

I took the lead on the first question and roared away to win by a street. Always remember the question: "What club does Irish Rugby star Dick spring play for".

The low point was 1984 als in Manchester. The question was "At what stadium was yesterday's all Ireland hurling final played". The question master had obviously watched the game on Channel 4 in those days and misinterpreted the commentator. I was the only one to get it wrong.

It was the centenary final. I said "Semple Stadium".

The answer was "Central stadium". Obviously the question master thought it had been played in Wigan.

Not now. Haven't a clue about a lot of recent sport.

Maybe he used a pseudonym to play for Chelsea?

Or to write the opera.

On No.19 the second half of the clue was incorrect - The remainder of the clue will give you his full name rather than his shorter nickname
