Definitely not earning that !! I was told by the V.E.C. that i am not eligible but i am going back to them again armed with that information. Still paying Credit Union for last lad !!


Well your wife must be working also or something like that.

That should tell you, I missed out last year as it goes on income earned in 2008 (parents and mine before redundancy) and even applied as a change of circumstance..... I've got on to them again this year was talking to them today again and set the wheels on motion.

On another note if jobs are to be created here i believe this is how it should be done and not by holding onto public sector workers that may not be needed.

salaries went up for 10 years- cant anyone realistically complain if they go down for 10 years? the irish people have it far too soft in this nanny state where everyone believes they are owed a living
