Brolly, how do you know the people you crashed into are not genuinely suffering from whiplash? You crashed into the back of their car more than fast enough for them to develop painful symptoms hours after the crash. Stop trying to blame other people for your own carelessness and approach roundabouts with more care in future.

"Reversing in to somebody on a roundabout when traffic is slow moving is a sure way of claiming for whiplash, nobody will believe the other drivers version."

Nearly got caught at traffic lights once, the guy in front of me was first in line at the lights, when the light went green there was a momentary delay then the guy moved off and I moved off after him but to my horror the guy in front suddenly stops dead in front of me within seconds of moving off. It was the last thing I expected him to do, luckily for me I didn't hit him.

Easy money to be had at traffic lights, most people are champing at the bit at traffic lights, there's normally a lot of distractions at lights as well so the last thing you'll be expecting is for the car in front of you to immediately stop after moving off on the green light.

Brother got caught for that at stop sign on country road in kilkenny, the Audi he dunted was already damaged, but try telling that to the local sergeant.

The roundabouts on the old swords road were famous for "reversals"

I will devote a chapter to this type of stuff in my Memoirs.

Brolly I am afraid it doesnt matter what party caused the accident, third or not, driving offences are strict liability offences. If you commit the crime you pay the time, no ifs or buts. The reason for this is that a car is potentially a leathal weapon, be more careful in future and remember the two second rule.

Brolly, sorry this happened to you. It could happen to anyone. Really annoying people. It might stand against them that the cops weren't called to the scene.

Can't understand people standing up for these accident chasers. Talking about arguing for the sake of it.
