Kilkenny are goos at this Tommy Walsh threw his at Johno Brien in last years league final. if a Tipp player did that wed never hear the end of it hed be called the dirtiest player under the sun. That hurley barely missed Lars head and it should be a sending off offence. thurlesblues (Tipperary) - Posts: 4475 - 06/09/2010 20:24:28 766963 Link 0 |

Thurlesblues, are you actually from Tipperary or just pretending to be? Because any normal and real Tipperary man is in Thurles tonight welcoming the team home, not sitting on the internet. Pinkie (Wexford) - Posts: 4100 - 06/09/2010 20:37:44 766985 Link 0 |
Tennyson has always been a dirty player and without a doubt should have been shown a red card.... the GAA will have to take a good look at this in the future!! Lionman (Galway) - Posts: 52 - 06/09/2010 20:37:51 766986 Link 0 |

Oh Pinkie, you thought Kilkenny would win didnt you?? thurlesblues (Tipperary) - Posts: 4475 - 06/09/2010 20:51:28 767013 Link 0 |
Look, it was a great game. I thought it was fairly clean with a great flow and I thought the ref did a great job. If we go by the rule book as Dell says it would be a red and of course throwing a hurley at someone does have the potential for harm but it didn't and in the heat of the moment, it seemed kind of comical, even the RTE commentators laughed. I say well done to the ref for having the common sense to not apply the rule book but for all of you posters bucking for justice, why don't you e-mail into the Sunday game and get it highlighted for the CCCC. kerrykerry (Kerry) - Posts: 1779 - 06/09/2010 21:08:44 767040 Link 0 |

Thurlesblues, I'm pretty sure Paul Ormonde did the same thing a few years ago against Kilkenny. thurlesblues (Tipperary) - Posts: 4475 - 07/09/2010 09:29:58 767171 Link 0 |
